    The grey gel pads would decrease potential and completely stop working after about 2 weeks I had to replace the TENs machine several times

    This unit has been very beneficial to relieving tension in my muscles as well as reduce pain. I can definitely say it has reduced the amount of Motrin 800 and Tylenol Arthritis.

    I purchased this product very recent from Best Buy. Previously used another TENS, that one not have any heating option. When I saw heating option in my therapist office, was very interested to get one. Finally I bought it and after use felt this is the product I have been searched since long time. Really recommend.

    Not a fan of the pads only used 3 times and already not sticking. Battery does not last long.

    I believe the unit itself is good but the pads that are required to go with it do not stick well at all , I am actually going to return the product

    I loved it until it stopped charging. I also had to buy replacement pads every few uses. Not a great value. I only had it 6 months.

      Thank you for your review regarding your Beurer tens, EMS and heat unit. We recommend leaving the gel pads on the electrodes (after use), and cover them with the plastic piece to keep dust off of them in between uses. If it no longer charges, please contact us at [email protected] as we have the warranty available to send it in for repair or replacement. We appreciate your feedback!
