Stings just a bit

The results make the few second burning/stinging sensation worth it. It does get hot but does not leave burn or red marks. The kids (11 and 15) did not like it at first but use it without question after positive results. Expect very little as I did and end up satisfied with a gadget that does what it supposed to do.

Don't recommend using on kids

Although it seems to reduce itching, the temperature gets so hot that it left a slight temporary scald mark on my forearm. Other times it just felt hot. I would not recommend it for use on children or adults with sensitive skin. I also found that sometimes it took two uses to bring the itch down. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it or not. I find that rubbing hand sanitizer (with aloe) on mosquito bites to be as or more effective at reducing the itch.

If it weird if I'm highly interested in being bitten by a mosquito so I can finally use it? It seems like it works very well from what I have read!

It really works!

I was still skeptical, but it really does work! Wouldn't use on amall children, as it does "burn" for a second, but it really does take away the itch and swelling.
