Being a German brand, I thought it would be reliable. The product does not turn ON now. Not worth sending it to the manufacturer for service given the shipping and time frame. Will have to buy a new one now.

I am having a good experience so far. The pump was neatly packed and the instructions to use are simple. It came with the required number of batteries as well ! Like shown on the box, it has a risk indicator and they have provided a chart to make sense of the reading, which I thought is pretty neat ! I highly recommend this blood pressure monitor for its ease of usage
