This is a replacement of an old grill. It has a sleek look with the stainless steel and copper and grills panini's quickly after it has warmed up. I use parchment paper wrapped around them for easier cleanup. I'm not sure if the parchment makes it slippery as I have to use a silicone spatula to keep it in place while pressing the top down. It will slip out the back of grill so there is a learning curve to using it, but I like it. Panini's are crisp with nice browning and grill marks on the outside.

I love this panini maker. It heats up fast, is easy to clean and makes an awesome sandwich. Love that it uses ceramic plates. I was on the fence about getting one of these simply because of kitchen space but it's fairly small and lightweight so it's easy to put out of the way if you aren't in a panini making mood. The only small issue we've encountered is that some breads tend to slide when you first but them on (normal sandwich breads haven't slid for us but ciabatta type breads have). We solved this by holding the sandwich in place with a long bread cutting knife while we closed the lid - once the lid is closed you are good to go! Overall it's a great addition to our kitchen and makes panini making a breeze!

Large enough to do TWO sandwiches at one time. Small enough to be easily storable. Most Important Grill Plates are REMOVABLE for dishwasher cleaning. You turn it on. The light tells you when ready. Load and close the lid. In a few minutes you have beautiful crunchy panini grills on your sandwiches. I love my Bialetti Grill !

Purchase a month ago and we often use for making grilled cheese sandwiches. Smaller than expected but then that makes it easier to store. The copper coated removable plates are easy to clean and non-stick. Got a good deal since i used my points for a part of the purchase.

I bought this and when I unpacked it, it was much smaller than I thought it would be. No biggie, looks cool and I really like the copper coated grills. The first time I used it I assembled it, plugged it in and let heat per the instructions. After it was heated and the ready light came on so here we go, right? No the top grill came loose and fell out. Thinking I had done something wrong, which is almost impossible to do, I let it cool off and everything was fine. Checked it all out and was holding tight so I plugged it back in and let it reheat. Raised the handle and the top grill fell out again. The problem is that when it heats up and thing expand the latch that holds the top grill becomes loose and it is unusable. Repeated this 3 times over about an hour and the same result. Back in the box and taking it back to the store. I can't give an "Ease of Use" rating because I was never able to use it.

Very good. Burn before using to get off chemicals (then I cleaned them again). The plates get very hot so be careful. I’ve only really used this for paninis. I oiled up before use. Only word of cause inspect bottom after use just in case oil or grease runs off and is not caught in the trap that is provided. Otherwise a great product. Also a little big for my kitchen but we just tuck it in a drawer after use.

The quality and the size it wasn’t my expectation , you can feel it when you handle it it’s poorly made product. Also does not have on /off switch Also it takes 5 minutes till be ready to use.

excellent panini press. I use it nearly everyday. The plates do lose their coating after constant use. Would recommend not to put them in dishwasher; coating goes faster. I have never used oil or spray on this press. I would definitely buy this again versus other options out there that cannot compare.

Good grill for the money . Not five stars because the top doesn’t swivel easily. Use gloves it gets hot!

This little panini press is one of my favorite kitchen tools. The removable plates make this unit a no brainer if you like restaurant quality sammies at home

Excellent Product. Also doubles as an indoor grill for frozen burgers. Easy to clean and dish washer safe detachable grill surface. Copper coating is durable. Highly recommend it

Super easy to clean and makes a tasty panini. Had to buy two because my boyfriend loved mine so much and needed one for himself.

This is quite disappointing in size and breads are very easily slide out. Small just for 1 person. It works but lots of struggle and danger of burning your finger. There is no need to risk it better use more standard product.
