Were hoping this would be a great griddle but when we finally opened it one of the handles were already broken. Also when we went to return it we were passed the 30 day return policy which is unfortunate. Very disappointed with only 30 days to return an item when many others places are longer.

I have to rate it poor just because i never got to use it as it was broken right out of the box. Completely out of stock and could not get the same one. It looked really nice too. Bummer.

I bought this exclusively for making tortillas but was disappointed it didnt heat enough for the tortillas to fully be cooked havent tried any other food products on it though.

It was broken in the box when I received it and I wasn't able to return it because I waited to long because of covid! It still in the box in my garage. Sigh.
