    OK, I really wanted to give this 5 stars but I am taking one star away for one reason. Build quality. This thing feels extremely flimsy. They could have built this a lot better. It feels as if you dropped it on the floor (the hub), the plastic would crack. It also feels like the ports could break due to cheap construction. Otherwise the fit is perfect in my SP4. Has just the ports I needed. I wish they had this with HDMI instead of DP.

It provides you with an extra USB 3 port and adds a 1GB LAN and also maintains the mini display port. Compact design is perfect for the limited desk space I have with an extra monitor.

    I do not have WiFi, so this product allowed me to purchase Surface Pro and hard wire it to the internet. Surface Pro does not otherwise have ethernet port.

    Works very well and fits my SP4 perfectly. Wish the manufacturer made it a little sturdier. Feels fragile although it may not be.

    Works good.i would maybe buy this again. The first two I purchased had the hdmi oriented in the wrong direction.
