We had done some research on bidets. We had spoken with family and friends who own bidets. One owned a bidet seat and the other owned a bidet toilet (both were another brand). The high quality of this brand and the 3 year warranty with the option to purchase an additional 3 years was the deciding factor in our purchase. We didn't need a bidet toilet because our toilets are relatively new. We purchased two of these models for a master bathroom and a guest bathroom. We love them and can't imagine how we ever...without them. It is easy to install if you're a "do it your self" person. The operation instructions are very easy to understand. You can easily change the temperature of the seat; the water and the dryer. I prefer the economy mode to begin and if necessary I make adjustments depending on the atmosphere of the day. The best part is the feeling of cleanliness when you leave. We are so happy with these that we've purchased an additional bidet of the same brand and model for a half-bathroom.

This thing will pretty much do everything, but make you a sandwich. Setting up and installing was a breeze. I was worried it would be small based on how it looked in the picture, but it's very comfortable to sit on.

Easy to install and easy to use the control. Seems like a well manufactured product.

This bidet is a large cut above the simple additions to a toilet. It is relatively easy to install for a DIY person. It was a bit complicated the first time I used it, but the manual was well written and easy to understand.

Very good quality. I would purchase this again if I had to.

When I first installed this unit everything worked great - but unfortunately the function that heats the water stopped working very soon after installation. I reached out to the manufacturer and received prompt & kind customer service, but after a lengthy troubleshooting process the water heating function still doesn't work. I had high hopes for this but will be returning it and trying another company.

This Bidet is really nice I wish I would’ve bought one years ago but it’s also very expensive!
