    DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT, IT DOES NOT WORK, AND THE BIOBIDET CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT HELP, THEIR SOLUTION WAS FOR ME TO MAIL THE TOILET SEAT AND IF IT NEED TO BE REAID I HAD TO PAY FOR IT, EVEN THO IT WAS BRAND NEW, I HAD TO RETURN IT TO BEST BUY. I INTALL THE PRODUCT AND NEVER GOT TO USE IT, NUZZLE DIDN'T CAME OUT,
