I've had this bidet for about 2 weeks now. I love it. True to the reviews I read online, the water pressure is strong, giving you a clean wash. The little water container means you always have warm water ready to be used, which is so nice and relaxing. The enema function does the job it's touted to do very well. I leave the water pressure at the third level and put in on massage and that makes the enema function effective for me every time. I love the warm seat and the self-closing lid, too. I switched from the BB-1000 model to this model (BB-800) because I have a small bathroom and found the remote control of the BB-1000 too clunky and big to mount in my bathroom. This model is perfect. I love Best Buy's price, too. Lowest compared to any online or brick-and-mortar store at the time of my purchase.

Upgrade from the bidets that attach to your old toilet seat. If you are in the same boat or questioning if you need this...just do it. The heated toilet seat is great. A little creepy in the beginning because it usually means someone wa s just sitting there but you’ll get over it quick. The best feature though is the heated water. Old bidet only ran cold and that shock to your system can be off putting. Warm water is on another level and its nice because you don’t need to hook up to a warm water line. There is a built in tank that stores warm water or water starts to warm up when you first sit down. The amount of customization is nice too. Different levels of spray and pressure points. Makes for an over enjoyable experience lol. Lastly the blow dryer to dry off is an added plus...only downside is you may want to think about the version with the deodorizer. Using these is a necessity in modern society. Installation was pretty standard. Hook up to water line. Was real easy since I already had the attachments from the old bidet. You do need an electrician outlet though so keep that in mind.

My BUM is clean this thing works amazing. Our TP usage has been cut in half. You just feel cleaner. The warm seat in winter is awesome and well the warm water is better than the cold version I had before.

Still new to the bidet experience but it is like a bit of luxury! Really like that the water is heated and also has warm air dry. The extension cord could be just a little longer as it was a bit of a stretch as the outlet was on the opposite side of the cord and it was almost too short. We ended up using a very short extension cord for it to better reach. Still learning the best options, but I believe this will be a good purchase. I gave it 5 stars for quality but the seat and lid is mostly plastic which I have not really appreciated in past toilet seats. Purchased during Holiday Black Friday season so I think I got a pretty good deal for its value.

Love it!!! Easy to install and easy to use. I would recommend to others. Just the fan needs a little work. More power.

Purchased for wheelchair bound household member. Was easy to install and all features worked. Was too bulky and felt insecure when attempting to transfer from wheelchair to toilet so we returned item. 3 stars for doing all that it advertised but was hoping for sturdier build for the price

Best investment ever! Never ever thought we would have liked using this so much. Now I wonder why I haven’t bought it any sooner! Definitely going in the other bathrooms soon!!
