Great bidet. I had used some bidets overseas without any drying function and was kind of on the fence if I liked them. With the warm air dryer it's a no brainer. Huge quality of life improvement, especially with the heated seat now that it's getting colder. For rougher days when you've been stuck in the bathroom a lot, it should be a lot easier on your skin than a ton of paper wiping.
Installation was pretty easy. This model does not provide any Teflon tape for the threads, so I recommend having some of your own. The guide is a bit vague, but you will be connecting the T adapter directly to the toilet tank and connecting the original hose to that. The image kind of looked like you detach the hose from the hose and install the T adapter there. Also, the instructions don't even mention turning off the water! Be sure to do that and put a towel down. Look up some bidet installations on youtube for good measure. You will almost definitely need an extension cord unless you happen to have an outlet right by your toilet. Do take care not to drop any of the mounting hardware in the toilet too. If you're paranoid maybe drape a towel over the bowl while you install the mount.
Using the bidet is fairly simple, but you will probably need to refer to the manual a few times to get the hang of the finer settings, like modes you access by pressing a button multiple times or holding a button down. As some have mentioned, the manual makes absolutely no mention of how to USE the 2 user presets at the bottom of the remote. For reference: once you've entered all of your desired settings, you can apply them to user 1 by holding down the red STOP button and the UP button (on the side of the remote); for user 2 its STOP and DOWN. Lights will blink a few times on the remote once the setting is applied.
Don't skimp on reading the whole manual on this one. It's nice and short, and there are some care notes you might not expect, such as not using harsh cleaners on any part of the seat. It's a shame the manual is missing some important info, but I won't knock a star for it as it's an easy web search for anything you're not sure about.
One other note, the toilet seat extends a bit too far in the front, so the toilet bowl intrudes on the inside a bit. It's as if I purchased an elongated size when my toilet is round, but not as extreme of a mismatch. I believe it's because my toilet tank is a bit too fat so the bidet can't be installed as far back as intended. It is still fully usable and not actually causing any problems, but worth noting. Of course, look up how to tell if your toilet is round or elongated if you're not 100% sure, so you order the correct version.

We really like the Bio Bidet product set and have purchased a number of various models over the years. . The products are well made, elegant and durable. The Installation is straight forward and easy to follow and they use metal braided cables and fittings which is a differentiator to other products.
The manual provides an overview of the functions although I think it would be more valuable to expand it to show more pictures of each function in more detail.

I was skeptical about getting one of these but wow, was I ever wrong. I am amazed at all of the functionality of this bidet seat. I think they crammed every possible function into it. Warm seat and water for total comfort and cleaning. The remote control is simple to use and easy to adjust settings to what you like and it remembers 2 users settings. Easy to install and operate. It includes all parts needed to install so no special trip to the hardware store. You'll never go back to the old "Plain Jane" toilet seat again.

This Bio Bidet changed our lives for the better. The water warms up and aims just right. We were first unsure how we would feel about water shooting us in the bum. But the first time using it was a great experience. It cleans so good and dries also. The remote is a great thing. We all love it. The installation was easy and very easy to use.

I love this product. Not to be too graphic, but when I go, I wash afterward. I don't feel clean unless I do, which has caused me to use wipes or wet TP. So, clearly, I'd be a fan of a Bidet, and I have one other, but this model with its warm seat and water takes "going" to another level. I would recommend this product if you be like me and prefer that clean feeling after going.

A little when closed, but no a problem at all. Very sturdy and effective. Great bidet especially get it at around $200. Been using it for more than 6 months. Cannot go back to non-bidet life. Looking for getting another one or two for another room and gifting to my parents.
One improvement can be made. The material under th seat should be more non-stick so that cleaning can be made easier.

This bidet works great. Lots of settings to find your perfect "clean." Water temp, seat temp, nozzle positioning, water pressure, etc. are all settable. You can also set a User 1 / User 2 preferences for those as well (think user 1 / user 2 in a car that adjusts the seat etc.)
I like that it has a stainless steel nozzle. I think that will last longer than the plastic nozzles on some other models.
It has a nice modern esthetic curved lid. Note that if your toilet flush handle is on the front of your toilet, this will block the handle when up. Not a huge deal, just fyi.
Only con I noticed was on our other Bio Bidet 6800 it has an "Auto" button that automatically cycles through clean, massage, and dry with 1 touch. This unit you have to manually select each feature (so 3 separate presses if you'd like to go through the full cycle options. If I could only deduct 1/2 a star I would just for that missing feature.
I needed an adapter to make their provided connector work with my plumbing, but it was like a $5 part readily available at local hardware store. Obviously you need a power outlet nearby as well.
Overall very satisfied with it.

My wife loves it. Installation was easy, the only thing that took longer was the electrical outlet which I had to wire from the other room. Even I like it, that I ordered another one and I will be installing it tomorrow. This one will probably be a longer task because I will wire it through the attic. Otherwise, it’s a great product, and being on sale wasn’t bad either.
The water gets warm once it leaves the nozzle. The seat likewise when we sit on it. And the warm air for drying up, that’s just a great feeling. The convenience and comfort of the bidet are what we love about it. The Bonus from using this is that we use way less toilet paper.

I'm not an avid bidet person myself, but this is the third BioBidet seat that I have installed, and I'll be setting up #4 for my daughter at Christmas. Most people love these and don't want to go back to "manual" once they get one. I think it's weird to buy plumbing supplies for Christmas, but my daughter insisted...
The Slim 3 is unique to BestBuy, and it looks like it lines up with the BB-400 in features. It's got the heated seat, warm water, warm air dry, pulse feature and remote control--all of the essential luxury features that people need in a nice bidet seat. We also have the USPA model purchased on sale at another store, but the extra features aren't that important to us. Most people who like bidets would be satisfied with this model.
Installation is easy. It fits perfectly on both of our American Standard Champion 4 toilets (one elongated and one round), and we have one installed on a Kohler Cimarron elongated, also. I had to mount power strips on the walls to reach the GFI outlets, but that's not a big deal.
I'm not sure that we would have purchased any at the regular retail price, but when they are on sale they make a great gift and are a good investment.

Bought this for elderly parent to help ensure she stays clean and healthy. Easy to install, and operate with remote control. Warm seat and warm water are much better than others out there. Got it at a really good price -- definitely recommend.
Note: needs electrical outlet near toilet to operate, so factor that cost in. Also make sure you buy the right shape.

Had this for 3 years and overall its great. Heated seat, bidet and bowl light are all nice and the quality is great on this model. The only issue is the seat has very weird discoloration on the entire thing after about a year of use. Not sure what caused it, but it cant be fixed. Its not dirt or grime, just a different shade of gray that looks like a marble-ing effect on the seat.

Not as good as the competitor unfortunately

Was excited to grab at a great price on deal of the day and choose American made, however even at this price the cons outweighed the pros and I ended up returning (and really, who wants to return this kind of item?!?). All of my family has the primary competitor's (from Japan) bidet seats, so I'm very familiar with them and was excited to see a US company with more bells and whistles for a better price, unfortunately it just didn't compete. Ultimately I payed more for the T*** wash*** at a higher price, less bells and whistles, but am much happier with the other product.
Pros (with some caveats):
- Easy & secure installation (same as any other seat like this)
-- Difficult to adjust to the right position (lots of unscrewing the screws to adjust, however this was the same for the competitor),
- Very secure once in place
- Night light feature is interesting
-- Wish it could be set on a timer so you don't have to turn it on and off with the remote during the day, maybe there's a model that does this?
- Customer service was easy to reach and seemed helpful and accommodating
Cons:
- The water streams just don't reach where I need them too, particularly the female front wash - requires major body moving/repositioning as it just can't be adjusted to hit where I sit naturally (sitting back as far and upright as possible/comfortable)
- Doesn't bleed the cold water in the line
-- I didn't even know this was an issue ;until I tried this model (always wondered why the competitor seat dribbled some water before starting up) --> essentially this means a cold spray to the body before the heated water kicks in (especially in my cold climate, well fed home!) - not particularly comfortable
- Seat warmer didn't heat the whole seat
-- It's winter here, and I'm not a large lady, but sitting on the seat had essentially a cold outline that was definitely felt despite the warmer being on (at high temp even); felt it every time, and this doesn't/hasn't happened with the competitor seat
- Seat was just too big for my elongated toilet
-- Yes, the seat sat adequately and securely on the bowl, but it hung over too much for my liking
- Required a hardware store trip to install
-- Though their videos show provision of a flexible waterline, there isn't one in this package and isn't provided by the company, so I went to purchase (as my vale to toilet line was hard/cut metal pipe and unusable with the t-adaptor)
--- This was true for the competitor too, but would be a nice addition (or put back, since it seems they used to do this based on their own website install video) so that it can be installed out of the package, especially since there are fairly cheap flexline kits with adaptors to fit nearly all US pipe sizes/options/configurations
- Could not get the tank to drain
-- Followed all of the instructions, tried multiple times, and still could not drain the tank for storage/removal
- Every spray, even at lowest pressure setting, got water all over the back of the toilet seat (no matter where I sat)
-- So essentially I had to wipe down the seat after each use, increasing TP use instead of decreasing
Maybe my unit (new) just had some issues, but it was too many to try again, especially since most of them just seem like design issues that wouldn't be remedied with another seat/model.

Bullseye! This bidet won't let you down. It offers oscillating (front & back motion), different wash pressures/temperatures, a massage within the 3 different cleaning modes, a heated air dry, and heated seat. This bidet can even help relieve constipation with it Sitz Bath 5 minute clean. The 2 or 1 jet sprays will relax and let your body go. The seat has different temperatures as well! The energy save mode has moderate 89 degrees seat & water temp or green mode off until occupied. The energy mode controls the seat & water tank standby temperature. This seat also has a very comfortable contour. My old seat would cause my legs to go tingling as it would cut the circulation. This new Bio Bidet Slim 3 Elongated white bidet is so comfortable it has improved the quality of our life.
Bio Bidet also has quick to respond customer service! They are caring, courteous, understanding & helpful.

We loved the BioBidet Slim3 from the first time we started to use it.
The seat is elevated, comfortable.
The function’s short cut posted on a laminated plaque is very useful.
The remote control is well designed.
The installation was easy a halfway through.
I had no problem to connect the water supply as it was shown on the manuals.
Then, I’ve got stocked with the unit mounting to the toilet, particularly with fixing the catch plate onto the toilet, particularly the top mount rubber nuts.
There is no information how to install them anywhere including the BioBidet website. They have outdated video, where the unit’s mounting hardware is much differs from what was supplied.
I’m a mechanical engineer, I’ve seen a lot of different hardware in my life. By I’m not a plumber, I don’t install bidets on everyday base.
I’ve decided to contact the Best Buy Totaltech support, since I’m their member.
I had a lot of fan during chatting with the Best Buy tech support via the website chat.
First, the rep said we can’t provide such service when I’ve asked him for help finding a proper link where I can find any info how to install the top mount rubber nuts.
I’ve wrote to him using capital letters that I don’t need him to come to my home helping with the installation, I just need help to find the right information since I couldn’t do it, hoping that Best Buy may have access to the manufacture’s manuals that is not available to public.
After that, he sent me links to a bunch of products that have a word “slim” in a product name.
It was an outdoor furniture set caring instructions, the laptop resetting password instructions.
I laughed.
Finally, the guy sent me the phone number 1-800 and asked me to mention on a survey that he has helped a lot to resolve my issue by providing the correct phone number. I never called this number.
At the end of our conversation, I’ve asked the rep to email me the chat transcript. He has promised but never done it, once he has seen the rating “0” that I’ve put for his “help”.
The rep was very polite though. His name is Christofer.
I still don’t have the script, even after calling the Best Buy customer service. It was a ping pong between departments. Everyone said we don’t have access to that.
Finally, I found a hint somewhere in questions-answers section.
It required to apply some oil/grease over the spherical part of the nut and push it thru the toilet’s hole,
The nut’s flange supposed to go against the toilet, facing up.
I’ve fixed the catch plate to the toilet successfully.
The next step in manuals was “Push the main body toward the catch plate completely until you hear a click”.
I’ve thought, if I will push the unit all the way, I won’t be able to remove it, if the position’s adjustment still required.
I’ve postponed the installation deciding to contact the BioBidet customer service asking them for the re-installation instructions.
The answer was prompt, but it confused me a lot.
The steps were accompanied by the pictures, where steps number and pictures number are not matched. Not mentioned, that the pictures are tiny and bad quality.
The BioBidet support has sent me another e-mail with the corrected steps-pictures pattern.
I believe the Slim 3 design has recently changed, but their customer service is not aware about that.
They mentioned that the pushed button must be pressed to release the unit from the catch plate.
There is no a pushed button on the unit. There is a pull-out lever instead.
Once I’ve learned how the system works, I finalized the installation.
The main part of that we are enjoying the bidet.

The wife.... she said no way would she EVER use this thing. Emphatically. Enthusiastically....NEVER.
Now she can’t live without it.
I highly recommend getting one that heats the water up. Believe me, you will thank yourself later.
This model is especially nice because she has her preset (water temp, nozzle position, seat temp, dryer temp, and water pressure) and I have mine. Although the instructions do not really tell you how to set them (get everything set where you want it. After the cycle completes or you press stop you hold the left side button AND the stop button for three seconds. Holding the left side button up sets for person 1. Holding it down while holding stop sets it for person 2). Hope that helps.

I have been using this product for 3 months and I love it. The most worrying part when purchasing a bidet was the cleaning problem of the bidet itself, and the automatic cleaning function completely solved my worries. The basic function as a bidet was also very satisfactory. In addition, the temperature of the water and the seat temperature can be adjusted, so you can use it according to your taste. I like this product very much.
