Super easy to install and works great! The seat warmer is a feature that is similar to heated car seats - you don't realize that you can't live without it until you experience it. Definitely recommend this bidet!

The Biobidet Slim 3 is great so far! Installation was pretty easy, if you do not have an outlet nest to toilet you will have to run an extension cord. Instructions lacked how to set user 1&2 settings, but same as other similar models.

The bidet it’s self is great. If you have a round toilet do not get. The available seat sinks significantly. We are not a bigger sized family probably average if not below and you can not sit on the seat well. May work better for elongated toilets not 100% sure but you would have more room for sure. Everything works great the seat placement is just horrible

First bidet experience. First bidet. Bidet "newbie". Very impressed with the product, and the customer service of the company, BioBidet, as well as the great price and speedy delivery by Best Buy. I was unsure of how many "bells and whistles" were really needed on a bidet, and my phone call to BioBidet was lengthy and thorough. I was patiently led through the strengths and limitations of many models.I'd not seen this "Slim" model advertised, and found it is a great price for a very good unit. I'm pleased with the mechanism and how it performs, as well as the ease of installation. My husband was sceptical about this purchase, but he's now been completely won over. Highly recommend this product and this company.

Set up was super easy, just took 10 min to have it up and running. It connected without issue. It took way longer than expected for shipping and apparently was shipped from Bio Bidet, not Best Buy. I'm happy

bought some time ago and was going to have my son install it for me but he got busy. So today I decided to give it a try myself, was installed in about 90 minutes. and works great.

Instruction booklet leaves a lot to be desired, but customer service was nice and led me to some youtube videos. Everything from installation to how it functions, and options on the functions of buttons, etc. I don't understand why their instructions did not list these, or even their website. Still lots of unanswered questions on the remote and uses - that I think should be made available and not some thing I have to search out, and or call to customer service for. As I owned one (from another company) before, it is easier for me, but for friend it is still a big mystery!

Love it! Never realized just how well these work. The warm seat and water make it very comfortable to use and the warm air drying can't be beat. Easy to install too! Only took about 30 minutes.

Love the heated water and dryer. Wasn’t sure if I’d like it so the current install is using an extension cord to a gfci outlet. Now I’m going to install a proper outlet next to the toilet.

This bidet is totally the way to go! The water control feature makes using it a pleasant experience. The stream can be a bit forceful but its effective.

It’s an excellent addition to any toilet. In this day and age,I don’t understand why people use toilet paper at more when you have things like these. Super happy with it.

The product arrive in time as a Christmas gift. It works well and the whole family like it. The seat is warm, which is a good feature in winter time.

The first time I go this the nozzle was broken but returning it was fairly simple. The second on I got work well. The heated seats and drying features are great!

Product appears as shown, and sturdy. I have not connected it yet to use, but may increase my review after installation. Looking forward to that warm seat!

This thing must be the Cadillac of bidets. Between the heated seat, blow dryer, and warm water you'll never look back. Huge bathroom upgrade. Its my first bidet so don't have much to compare it to but I certainly don't regret taking the plunge. Only real consideration here is to make sure you have power around the toilet to run this thing. Otherwise super easy to install, as easy as swapping out a normal toilet seat. Controls are primarily through a remote which I found a little strange at first but don't mind it now. Seems well built and it works well so no complaints from me or my backside.
