Tried to install myself but wasn't able to and waiting for professional installment. Have another Bio Bidet product already installed and it's been great, and would think this would be comparable.

Love it. Its an amazing product and we got it when it was on special pricing, so that was a Plus. Love the Blue light and all the features

Awesome so far have only used it a few days. Installation instructions not that good but I called company and they helped.

Joined the bidet user crowd during the pandemic. I am a fan! I now have one in each bathroom. Bio Bidet makes a great seat. I would recommend them to any one interested in giving this try!

I purchased this Bidet in June of 2021 but was unable to install until August because of illness and deaths in my family due to covid. The Bidet at first was wonderful, loved almost everything about it, especially the fact that it had a hot water heater. The feminine option is not long enough and doesn't really hit where it needs too on a female ladt parts but with some maneuvering it does the job. Sadly after only 4 months the hot water heater stopped working. I've tried to reset it but nothing. The remote works and still shows that the heated options such as the seat which I love by the way and the water light is still working. The heated seat, dryer, nozzle cleaner and all of the rest of the functions stll function except the water heater. Thats the only toilet in the apartment and I can't send it back without having to purchase another toilet seat to replace it. I'm disappointed and dissatisfied with longevity of this product.

I love this bidet. It has many features on it incuding a dryer. I would definetly recommend buying this item.

Every toilet should have a bidet toilet seat. Note you need to have a 110v outlet within 2 feet of your toilet.

All I can say is I should have gotten this 20-30 years ago! Life is so much better with this awesome product!

This bidet seat has all the features I wanted. Heat, hot water, air dry. Love it. Bought 2 more for family. Round seat was a little too small.

I have two bidets and this one works as good as my higher priced one.

Just got delivery. Not open and use yet .looks good . I also have bio bidet bb-1000. Works great. Hopefully this met our expectations.
