Very good product for the price but if you like the blow dry function this one does not have it but it does come with the remote. If you are a little heavy (wide rear side) I would defiantly recommend on with a remote. With my first one I could not access the controls on the arm that sticks out on the right side because I was really overweight when I purchased one of those units, so I would recommend a unit with remote if you are heavy. I do not like the blow dry function (takes too long) small amount of paper is quick and easy

We have been presently surprised the set up was easy! Since we have never owned a bidet before, We have no complaints the only thing I would say is the dryer feels like a waste. It doesn’t really dry anything which is a shame, since that was one of the features for us to get this one . But everything else has been great!

Works great, but is not universal. I have a one piece toilet that I wanted to install this on, the toilet has a curve that will not allow this to be installed on, so I put it on the guest toilet. Kinda crappy

Neverbgot to try this product since the pipe fittings that came with it were si gular and oversized. Didnt want to visit a hardware store during a pandemic so I just returned it. Disappointed there wasn't a size variety as plumbing is not universal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
