awesome concept, but low quality item. knob to turn on the water is poorly designed. if you don't pay attention on using it, it will drip water all day.

I did not like this at all. I had previously installed another brand bidet (Luxe Neo 185) and I really liked it, so I thought maybe a toilet seat with a bidet built in would be better. Not so. The opening in the seat is too small (it feels like you are sitting on a toddlers toilet seat), and the plumbing leaked at the connection no matter what I did, and the aim seemed off. No one in the house liked it. After about a week I wound up putting the Luxe Neo 185 back on. No leaks at all with that one. Don't waste your money on this one.

Uncomfortable seat. It feels like you are standing up instead of seated Also the size of the "hole" is for children and not for adults. 5' 10" tall Thank you
