I was on the search for lighting ideas for our 100+ yr old barn that does not have electricity. It once did, but the wiring has since gone to the birds (so to speak). To rewire the barn would be extremely costly and well I think at this stage of the game quite dangerous due to the age of the structure. So solar it is. I do not need a whole lot of light , just enough to see in the isle way just in case I need to be in there at night or very early morning. Well this set is perfect just for that very task. Super simple to set up and is super kool because I can have music while I am in there grooming or trimming my horses feet or even doing stalls. And yes the chickens like the tunes too. I am not sure on the longevity of the solar panel as I have it placed on the barn roof but so guess time will tell. Oh I can also charge my phone , if need be. How neat is that?

Bought this solar lite home package for camping and to hang on a new outdoor backyard gazebo. Perfect for backyard gazebo, I have a radio with built in led lites, and the hanging dome lites. The dome lite with the motion sensor is also perfect to keep the critters off my chairs at nite. Also bought it for South Florida hurricane season emergency prep. Works beautifully, white Brite lites super efficient. I use them on lower brightness setting and I have used them over 5 hours and still get over 60% battery life!

Open the product and installed using the directions. Emailed the company to see if there was anything else I could try, they never got back. I had to return it.
