Amazing machine and does the job. The price is high but the machine is amazing

This upright cleaner gets carpets just as clean as the rental units you can find at your local grocery store. If you are like us with pets and kids, and you have the room to store it, it's definitely worth the investment to not have to go out and rent a machine when you need one.

Simple to operate, cleans much more than you would think. I vacuumed prior and didn't get much cat hair out and the carpet looked clean... Wrong! This machine pulled so much cat hair out it was incredible.. using manufacturers cleaner really is key..Super products that did the job. Looks great and smells nice.

Heavy, however, it gets the job done. Removes everything.

It's a carpet cleaner. Read the reviews, they were high, so i purchased one. Used it once, it cleaned the carpet well, reveiws were correct. Will clean the carpet again in a year or two, you're not supposed to shampoo carpets more then that else you're shortening the carpets lifespan.

The carpet cleaner works great. Assembly was easy and I was able to shampoo all the carpets in the whole house.

This is a good product, I really recommend it to anyone who needs to clean their carps fast and really quickly.

Great machine absolutely love it does a better job than most carpet cleaning services! Of course, knowing better I use hot water in mine and the reason why I bought this is because of the customer service. This company is known for, five stars.

I was shocked, surprised and amazed. This unit by far is the best carpet cleaner. (I have owned several.) Honestly, it cleans better than the commercial cleaner used by the big namesl companies. The wand even works wonders on steps.

Machine does a very very good job cleaning the carpet but find a unit kind of heavy and cumbersome but works very well would recommend

This thing worked so great. It took out some real crazy stains off the carpet. Will be using this every year right before the holidays. The attachment for the stairs also works great for cleaning car upholstery.

I have always used Bissell shampooers and this one works even better than the ones that look like a vacuum. The carpets look so clean and after they dry completely the carpet is so soft. This is the best Bissell shampooer I have ever purchased

I rented this machine and it worked so well. It came up on daily deals and I decided to buy one. I have an older dog and cat. So much better to have my own ma hine rather that paying $50 to rent and haul one around

I use this every week to keep my carpet clean and smelling fresh. Since I have 2 dogs inside, this carpet cleaner is a must for my home! Soooo much better than the other upright cleaners I’ve had before that just don’t last.

First time we’ve owned a deep cleaner and love it. You wont believe what this will pull out of your floors. Would be nice if it had a heating element, but its not necessary as it will stay warm long enough to get the cleaning done. Great machine and easy to use.

We have had this well over a year and would definitely recommend this item. It is still working like new and we have little people and multiple pets.

This is a heavy duty carpet cleaner. I have two dogs, one of them a puppy, and a heavily carpeted apartment. This does exactly what I need it to do!

Machine arrived in a broken box. Works well if you follow the instructions.

wow this thing is a beast it removed stains that I thought I would never get rid of. would highly recommend . works better than any competitor that I have used.

This unit works just as good as the ones you can rent from the local grocery stores and 100% better than the ones you can buy that are less expensive. Made my carpet look like new very quickly.
