I’ve purchased a few different brands of these. But this one is simple to uses, and it has a large capacity tank. Only thing missing is a separate tank for clean rinse water. Without having to rinse out your solution tank

Spent weeks studying the engineering and capabilities of all top rated models before this purchase. I used this everyday, 2 hours a day for 23 days till I was satisfied with the recovered water clarity; now once a month maintains the carpet. I recommend shampoo 78H63 as the best for this model, but not to place into the tank; dilute the shampoo and spray directly onto the carpet. Gently scrub in with a carpet brush or shop broom. Use hot water only in the tank and extract the shampoo. After you finish, follow with another tank of hot water to remove any residue and strong shampoo scent. The difference between spraying directly or placing in the dispensing tank is the dirt granules recovered when you finish.

I debating on buying one or renting one, I’m so glad I decided to purchase it. I’ve used it on my tile and carpets now countless times. Also, It’s way easier to use then the previous Rug Doctors I’ve rented in the past.

Great machine. We picked the Bissell over the Rug Doctor because it picks up more water and took our carpets less time to dry. Didn't mind that the tank held less clean water, just meant hot water could be used more then cooling down with the Rug Doctor. 12 and 8 yr olds can use it as well. Simple and easy right out of the box. 2 dogs - - did wonders on both the installed carpet and large area rug. Definitely would purchase again or recommend.

Best carpet shampooer around. We have a dog that has accidents from time to time and with this our carpet is like brand new.

Works great. Always wanted my own and I finally got it. Came put together. Everything on the machine is self explanatory. Very basic. Theres no way you can screw up.

This machine is the same one that they rent in the stores. it does an excellent job all around and the hand tool attachment is a bonus

I have owned Rug doctors, but this machine is far superior. Cleans the floor very well, and the floors are practically dry when you're done.

Nice. Cleaned our carpet pretty good. Unbelievable how dirty the water looked after the cleaning was done. In my opinion, it is a good investment.

Ive jad the rug doctor shampooer and the Bissell is by far the better carpet cleaner. I highly suggest you get one if you don't have one.

I've owned several carpet cleaners. This one has by far the strongest suction for drying, along with an excellent scrubbing system.

This is a great professional carpet cleaner. It gets the job done and I would highly recommend it! Well worth it for those who have lots of carpet in your home!

This thing is amazing. I’ve used one many times and I gotta say it’s unbeatable. Used a bunch of other brands and they really don’t compare. After cleaning my carpets, they actually looked better than when I first moved in. Had some bad stains from spilled drinks, muddy shoes, pets, etc. and this thing got them all out even though some had been there for weeks. It’s expensive but your carpets will look like new and smell great. It’s so easy to use I’d shampoo once a week

I am amazed how well this machine works. While it was a bit expensive it has exceeded my goals of cleaning my carpets and my couch. We have dogs and this machine was able to get out all the stains and smells

I knew this was a good product from use of the rentals at Lowes, but owning one brand new out the box, the cleaning ability was unmatched!

This machine transform the carpet in my bedroom since I have pets and stains from the pets it removed everything out of the carpet in that smelling like new

this is good machine ,easy to work ,easy to drive and not to heavy,easy to clean and good filter, very nice Bissel Big Green Machine, and very prefessional.

I've owned other cleaners this one worked very well dried up quick except I have a bedroom with furniture I didn't want to move and the cleaner was hard to operate under the limited space because of the size of the machine
