Side to side comparison to rug doctor. The green machine pulled more water out of the carpets and left it dryer after. Great for spot cleaning as well. A little bulky but overall worth it

Expected more from a professional carpet cleaner. Not worth the money you could definitely buy a cheaper model bissell that is easier to use than this with more scrubbing power. Old model big and bulky for no reason. Old computers are big and heavy doesn’t mean they are better than a lap top.

It does a great job at cleaning our carpets and keeping them clean and I am amazed on how well it gets the spots from the pets up and makes my carpet smell so good

This is by far the best cleaner on the market. Spend the extra money and get this. It cleans better and extracts better than any other.

I love my new carpet cleaner, it does everything a professional would come and do and it cuts cost! Just make sure you give the carpet time to try it will leave your carpets looking brand new!

This is so easy to use and cleans carpet so well. We bought a cheap one a few years ago and this is so much better. A little expensive but worth it in the long run

We have dogs (against my will). This helps cleans up after those dogs. They should give you one of these when adopting a dog.

Heavy and bulky as described, but it definitely handles dog and kid messes.

This machine is a BEAST! Only negatives are the bulky size and that you cannot scrub without the suction, as most smaller models have.

This carpet cleaner did an awesome job. My carpet looks brand new now. We went over the carpet 2x and it picked up so much dirt. I would recommend this to anyone.

Love this carpet cleaner. Got tired of renting carpet cleaners and bought this. Doesn't leave the carpet as wet as those you rent. Cleaned up everything very well. Would buy again

Good suction and makes carpet smell good comes ready to use awesome one thing that doesn’t need assembly only thing needs bigger clean water tank will take 4-5 refills to do a good sized room if you ant to get it clean

Bissell’s Big Green carpet cleaner is so powerful that my 15 year old carpets looked amazing after a couple of cleanings. Never imagined how filthy the carpets were until I saw the dirty water container filled with silt and muck. I had several other carpet cleaners over the years that were half the cost but truly none compare to this one. It’s the big green hulk, so powerful and massive!! Drawback of the product is that it’s extremely heavy and bulky. It was a quite a workout for a few hours to do all my carpets, but it’s worth the effort! I’m glad I now have my own to keep my carpets clean and looking great.

Great machine - deep cleaning and easy to use and collapses for easy storage.

Worth the high price. I have 3 dogs, a rabbit, and a bird. Used this bad boy in my carpets with the solution included. I didn’t realize how dirty my carpets really were! Dry time is about 4-6 hours. The product doesn’t come with an instruction manual, would recommend watching the official Bissell video on how to use this before wasting solution. Typically I use to capfuls for every full tank. Product comes with 3 solution packs, which is good for 6 uses. Well worth it.
