Prior to this we had other cheaper ones from Bissell and Hoover, and they seamed to never do a good job. We were considering renting a rug doctor for a day or two, but then she found this one online and we decided to buy this instead of doing the rental. We have four dogs, so messes happen. This seams to do a good job in getting out the smell.

Could not be happier
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When you buy your wife a carpet cleaner as a gift and she texts you pictures of her using it, you know it's a quality product. While it looks really big, my wife says that is easier to control than the smaller Hoover we used to have. The high capacity tanks make it much more convenient to use without so much downtime for refills. The powerful motor leaves the carpet with about half as much moisture as our previous cleaner. Between this and our Bissell SpotClean, we can manage all sizes of cleaning jobs.
