Overall pretty easy to use though, just don't be in a rush when using it. Be slow & deliberate.

When you are emptying it the top tank makes a horrible mess. Be sure to take apart on tile or over a towel or you will be recleaning the floor. Second issue is it has great suction but it pulls a lot of carpet up and it sits in piles all over the floor which leaves stains. I had to do all rooms twice because of this. My carpet was really dirt from home I had just bought so you may have a different result. Good luck

I've used this a couple times and it cleaned the carpets really well and with fewer passes. My only complaint is that is uses a lot of water very quickly and you end up changing the tank often.

my first carpet cleaner

I had a visiting pet over night and I was not sure if the cleaner was picking up the hair or loose carpet. Other than that I like the green machine.
