Best carpet cleaner. I replace my Rug Dr. for this only because they quit making that model I had. so I spent a little more money and I’m so glad I did. Did I mention the ease of use it is effortless.

Was moving out from an apartment and wanted to leave the rug cleaner then when I moved in. Stanley couldn't get to it in my time frame, the landlords little Bissell didn't do the job. I needed to replace my Kirby unit. After watching the you tube vids, chose this unit. Super Glad that I did. Only reason for 4 stars is that the water tank had to be refilled 4 times for one room. The ease of filling and clean up are tremendously simple and preferential over the Kirby and small Bissell. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a rug washer at their disposal. Unit folds down easily and stores in my hallway towel closet.

Cleans great. Long cord allows me to cover large area without stopping. Big tank allows me to clean about 3 average size rooms.

Love this unit. It’s a little bulky, but what do you expect for a professional grade unit. Does wonders on carpet and vehicle interiors. I am very happy with this unit.

This is just liek the rentals at the store, it cleans very well. My only complaint is it is loud and heavy!

Cleans dirty carpets well with little effort. My carpets are older and have a lot of stains. With the other machine I had I was always using the extension with a lot of hand work. This was easy to use and cleaned well

I heard good things about the Bissell Big Green machine. I bought it but ended up returning it because it is too big for me. It looks like a very good carpet cleaner.

I was very pleased with the quality of cleaning this machine did. I was also very pleased with how easy it is to use. It isn't too heavy and it manipulates well. The tanks are easy to fill and empty.

Heavy duty, simple to use. I’ve used other carpet cleaners, hooking hoses to the sink etc. I like it’s all self contained, and cleans very well.

Love this product! It is well worth the money. Cleans perfectly and easy to use. I had several Capet shampoo cleaners and wish I started with this one.

Ok, well, this is a beast. Surprisingly mobile, easy to use. The only thing which is very nit picking is the formula of water to cleaner. While a first pass at the recommended seems to work well, a second pass with the recommended strength is a waste of cleaner, so we have been experimenting with different rates. We are also experimenting with different cleaners. Most seem to work as well as the Bissell formula, less $$, so keep that in mind. It as far as the machine very very pleased with it so far. Way better than the older Bissell cleaner we had. Highly recommended

We love this. It is a bit heavy but who cares. A professional job on our carpets. We were amazed at how it cleaned the carpet in our motorhome as well.

I use this for jobs and it does the job as good as a steamer carpet cleaner does. Love this thing. Very good and worth the price.

I have a pup and she is a good girl but she is so stubborn and quiet when it comes to going restroom. It’s pretty often that I Find a spot on the carpet. Machine is pretty self-explanatory And part replacement friendly. Folds up neatly and doesn’t take too much space. I haven’t yet figured out how to do the edges of the room efficiently other than with the hose attachment. I use only product specified for it but the bottles are pretty darn expensive, however some people say they simply use laundry detergent or tide pods.

No stain or dirty carpet stands a chance with this beast. I have 4 kids a dog and a cat. I have bought many carpet cleaners that just break. This was thee best money I have ever spent. carpets always look fresh new and dry after use. Your carpet is dry when your done which is a big step up from rug doctor. This machine is used forward and backwards. very sturdy and withstands my household lol!! Buy this carpet cleaner you won't regret it I promise!

This was a good investment. Clean carpets like a pro and really easy to store and use.

Cleans as good as rental models. No complaints. Easy use, easy to clean. HINT: for best life, flush out system with hot water when you're done using it. This will prevent the residual fluid from crystalizing and clogging the system.

It was easy to set up and use! It did an outstanding job on the concrete floor and carpet!
