This gem is very handy to have around if you manage or own rental properties (that have carpet floors). More times than not, existing tenants will leave carpet cleaning for last (which increases the risk of it falling off their move-out checklist). Easy to use and is very effective. Pays for itself after the 2nd use.

We received ours with a deep scrape and missing hose bag so we contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement. The customer service representative was very polite but sounded foreign and we had difficulty understanding her at times and she with us. She screwed up email address, last name, and address. So after not receiving confirmation we contacted them again and found out everything was incorrect on shipping. They contacted fed x and corrected shipping since it was already shipped. We like the cleaner seems to do a good job after a little bit of a learning curve about how much shampoo to use and watching water level. The vacuum seems to draw a lot of the water out so your carpet dries quicker. but don’t expect much out of the customer service department without some follow thru.

The BISSELL Big Green Machine Professional corded upright deep cleaner worked extremely well in cleaning our carpets, which had been a rental home for 10-years prior to our recent purchase. To say that the extracted grey water after the cleaning was dirty would be an understatement. If you are looking for a no frills all business machine... this is the one!

Wow that's all I can said. After reviewing many review from others I decided to buy this machine as it was on sale. After giving it a try I am impress with it. It works just a great as everyone said it was but don't expected it make everything like new again. It does clean my dirty carpet really well as I can see the color changes when it clean the carpet. I suggest giving it a try since BestBuy has an easy return policy even if you don't like it. That's what I did but since it works so good I decided to keep it.

I've rarely used the hand tool, but the upright cleaning is great. It not only greatly improved the (apartment) carpet, it will penetrate deep and bring the pile height back to life if you go over it a couple times with the spray and then pull the water out. Does a very good job at removing the water, even when getting the carpet pretty wet.

This carpet cleaner is not particularly pleasant or easy to move around, but that would make it less effective. It is however built as much like a tank as possible for plastics and pulls out all but the worst of stains. The sub $300ish range carpet cleaners are pretty much disposable compared to this. Don't even waste your money on them, unless you use them gingerly for light occasional cleaning.

This carpet cleaner is worth every penny. It does a fabulous job. I had another brand & hated using it. Two weeks after cleaning , carpets locked dingy again. It was hard to empty dirty water. Was not impressed even though it was quite expensive. Read reviews of the Big Green & took a chance. It is easy to empty, carpets dry quickly & feel so soft to bare feet. Can't believe the dirt it pulls up. I have 3 big dogs & 2 cats, they track in more dirt than I realize. Definitely recommend this cleaner.

This carpet cleaner is worth the money. It works better than any I have ever used. Easy to use and great results.

I use my carpet shampooer often. I had an old Bissell Heat Pro purchased many years ago and it worked well. After almost 20 years, I had to replace it. I went through a newer version of my old Bissell and also a Hoover, but both broke within 6 months. I decided to spend a little more and invest in the Big Green Machine. It was worth the money.

This Green Machine is SIMPLE to use.. My wife had another type carper cleaner in the past. IT ALWAYS LEAKED.. Had a small canister to hold water. This one has just the right about of tank capacity. And if this type machine can take the abuse by customers renting it.. It can take the simple abuse by an owner.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND>. Bad part is.. We cleaned the carpers.. NOW WE ARE GETTING HARDWOODS>. ANYONE need a 1 time used Machine? SIMPLE TO USE!!! My 7 yr old can use it.

I was renting these at Lowes every two months. For the price of six rentals, I bought one. Included the five year warranty so it will more than pay for itself in a little over a year. It includes the handpiece also! So much better than a Rug Doctor and much better results. Use much less cleaner also.

It really cleans, forget the other ones! If you can handle the weight, there isn’t a better deal.

So far works just as advertised. Cleans well and easy to use!

One year review. I am a landlord and i use this for my turnovers in every apartment. Boy i will tell you ,...I absolutely love this machine. I'm so glad I didn't make a different choice. sometimes i can't even tell that the carpet is dirty at all, until i pass this bad boy over it and OMG! Amazing!!!

Love this carpet shampoo machine. A little heavy but work's great.

This is a really good deep cleaner. the only issue is that its like like lifting weights after the water is added. It is very heavy and hurts your arms after going back and forth on the carpet. I would recommend this product for someone who is strong.
