    The vacuum cleaner quality is terrible. The handle broke off at the position adjustment joint after a couple of months. Stay away from this particular made out of very cheap plastic design. Will not last more than few months. Went through three of them in less than a year.

    this "vacuum" from Bissell is a waste of money!!!! so , please, do NOT buy this product, unless you want to hang it on the wall to show your friends how great looking vacuum you have??!!! hard to use, no sucking power.. barely an electric brush.. THIS IS NOT A VACUUM I would like to return this product, but used now... IF BISSELL company wants to contact me and exchange this useless product for a real working vacuum, PLEASE DO SO... I might even consider to remove this posted review, if I get a working vacuum from Bissell... this BISSELL BOLT Ion is a shameful product.... yak

    Good vac, works well. As others have mentioned it does have to be emptied often. But that's not really a negative, I guess it's the price of being clean.

    I bought this vacuum after extensive research--my previous vacuum had lasted for TEN years (and through THREE dogs). At first it worked GREAT. Good charge, cleaned well, etc. Then the plastic clip that holds the brush in place broke. Then the rotating brush itself broke. Since it was only a year old, I decided I could deal with that--I'd paid less for the previous vacuum and had gotten NINE more years out of it without ANY breakage. And the current dog doesn't shed. Today, the wheels fell off. Just fell off. I now have a STATIONARY cordless vacuum that only works on bare floors...if, of course, I could roll it over the floor....
