Living in the country the only downside to this vacuum is how quick we must wash the filter due to the high amount of dust. It’s great with animal hair pick up. I have two cats and my roommate has a dog, all of which shed and the vacuum has no problem keeping up

Vacuum is low profile and fits perfectly with charging dock in my utility closet! It has great suction, works great on both laminant and my area rugs. The form factor can change to easily vacuum under couches. The bozo salesman tried to up sale me to a Dyson. (Just kidding he’s my friend, just giving him a hard time) Definitely reccomend this purchase!

This a very good cordless vac, I don't have a pet. Iit works good on wood floors and carpet.

If you have wood floor then this vacuum does the two job. It’s works well on carpet and the liquid polishing bottle comes with this product not only shine your floor but also does a mopping. You need to buy a extra roller. It comes with single roller.

I bought this to replace a 5 years old Electrolux stick vacuum. Staying upright and having 25 minutes or more of battery life were my main requirements. This vacuum works pretty well. It would be even better if it had a low power option for easy jobs so it could last even longer. Accessories are good and it's easy to clean up.

Like that it sets in charging device and you don 't have to plug in each use. Has swivel head. Gets into tight areas and has good suction.

I’ve been wanting a cordless broom/vac for years, but my pantry/kitchen closet didn’t have an electrical outlet. So I put it off and off. Now that the kitchen reno is almost finished and the electrical outlet installed in the kitchen, I don’t know how I lived without this machine. Thanks, Bissell. I’ll keep my new kitchen much cleaner.

This does do a good job, but better for smaller job. I have a Bulldog who sheds the most, a golden doodle who sheds very little to none and a Siamese cat who sheds moderately. This cannot be our only vacuum. Between the head and canister gets balled up with hair often and the little flap going into the canister gets stuck open, so when you unclick it to dump stuff falls out of the canister and out of the top of the head, and almost always there is stuff in the charging tray that falls out of the head while charging. Just things to be aware of it does pick up well but more small little spot vacuuming.

Good vaccum, with decent power. The quality is good. (not great) but will do well for quick, light-medium duty work around the house. We had one go down after a year, but we used it pretty heavily. Good value for the price. I'd buy another.

This product is fine. It is hard to push on carpet. Other wise is a good product.

This hand held is adequate for quick jobs for light dirt and pet hair on hardwood floors. Cleans up stray grass and such on throw rugs. Doesn't do so well on random small pet kibble. Charge time is great so far and keeps equal suction until needs charged again.

Love this vacuum because it is easy to maneuver as the full size piece; has a flexible arm to get under my kitchen table. The hand vac is also great for small spills or quick cleanup of my bird's plucked feathers. The extra attachments have been very useful for corners, cobwebs, and car cleaning. I researched before purchase and this was the best value for mt money.
