Honestly this vacuum is so good that this is my second one I’m buying. I have a really fluffy cat and his hair is just something most vacuums can’t handle. But this one, this has been my holy grail. Especially for the price.

This vacum was a life saver. My old one gave up the ghost a couple of days before some company was due to arrive. It clean the carpets, upholstery and spuced up the house, nicely. It does the job and continues to be an asset to having clean carpets for company and yoga.

I got this vacuum as a Christmas present for my son, it is the greatest thing, he is very happy with the performance of it, might be a little heavy, but overall it is great tool. Very happy I got it and was thinking to get another for myself, however the price changed drastically, so I'll wait. Thank you Best Buy.

We have a pet that sheds everywhere! This vacuum gets up all of the fur - we could almost make another pet out of all the fur it picks up!

Solid vacuum for the price. Especially if you have dogs. Aint nothing fancy or crazy. Just an overall solid vacuum thats going to make your carpet look clean and get that dog hair up.

Would give 4.5 stars if that were an option however it’s a great vacuum. Taking off the one star due to the fact that i did have to return the product once due to a faulty brush roll after having it for one week. So far so good on the new one though. Bissell makes great products and this is our 4th Bissell product. Very happy with the purchase

Love this vacuum! I have 3 dogs, and 2 of them are 100lbs labs with lots of hair everywhere. It stopped working after almost 3years. So happy i bought the 3 year plan so i was able to get a new one.

Perfect combination of affordable price, strong power, light weight, and motor noise that is very tolerable. Works extremely well on both hard wood floors, carpet, and even my kitchen tile, with adjustable height on all. Can turn off the brush roll to use it on tile and wood. We have two cats and it works great for pet hair. Actually used an accessory tool to vacuum the cat hair off a lampshade and it worked great.
