Fantastic vacuum! We bought a cordless one earlier but my fiancé has long hair and it tangled in the brush so we got this after days of research. I understand nothing in life is absolutely perfect and this is no exception but it certainly handles the longer hair much better than the last one! We still examine the brush after each use and cut any tangled hair out to be safe but it REALLY gets the fine particles in your carpet out!! And of course, the Bissell pet assistance from each purchase is an added bonus in our book. I recommend this vacuum to allergy sufferers like myself, people with long hair and those who are just looking to up their vacuum game.

By far the best vacuum I’ve purchased. The amount of debris this picks up is incredible. The light at the front is very handy, and the ability to go from carpet to hard wood is a plus. Highly recommend!

Works well, does a great job of cleaning, very easy to use and empty

This is an excellent vacuum cleaner. It picked up much more dirt and loose carpet fibers than my previous vacuum the first time I tried it. My only complaint (a minor one) is that it is not self-propelled so it requires more push and pull force than the previous one. It is easy to empty the canister and has front lights to illuminate the carpet in front of you. Overall, a good choice.

Honestly this vacuum is so good that this is my second one I’m buying. I have a really fluffy cat and his hair is just something most vacuums can’t handle. But this one, this has been my holy grail. Especially for the price.

Great for pet hair! I use it on my carpet and tiles! It’s light weight and gets the job done.

Perfect combination of affordable price, strong power, light weight, and motor noise that is very tolerable. Works extremely well on both hard wood floors, carpet, and even my kitchen tile, with adjustable height on all. Can turn off the brush roll to use it on tile and wood. We have two cats and it works great for pet hair. Actually used an accessory tool to vacuum the cat hair off a lampshade and it worked great.

Gets all the dog hair, really easy to move around the house. The sound is not loud at all for pets.

Old vacuum was ok.but this one sucks better and is a little quieter than the last one.great vacuum.

This vacum was a life saver. My old one gave up the ghost a couple of days before some company was due to arrive. It clean the carpets, upholstery and spuced up the house, nicely. It does the job and continues to be an asset to having clean carpets for company and yoga.
