Really good vacuum. Had a shark but for some reason it just wasn't preforming as well as i thought it would so switch to this brand and i must say it does not disappoint. Like thw many features that it has and that its not to heavy.

I will not buy my electronics nowhere else in America or United States of America Best Buy. Has the best return policy I've ever seen and I am 56 years old hands down.

We have an extremely large shag rug as the statement piece in our living room. This rug sheds worse than both of our dogs combined. When the vacuum arrived the first time, I took it back to Best Buy because fit didn't have the adjustable deck, so I didn't believe it would work on our rug. They re-ordered and the exact same thing arrived, so after seeing the good reviews we kept it. Our rugs look much better and you can tell the spinning roller cleaned deeper than my last vacuum with an adjustable deck. Great buy!!!

Our previous vacuum broke so we bought this one. It put my old vacuum to same. It picks up so much more making your carpet feel cleaner

My parents owned a vacuum store growing up. I've used a lot of brands. I've always preferred Bissell. This model is amazing for whatever you want to clean with all the detachable features. I've vacuumed my couch , detailed my car, but I've also vacuumed my bedroom carpet floor. My favorite feature is turning off the brush roller and using it to clean up hard floors!!!! It's also pretty easy to disassemble and clean.

This is a terrific unit- especially for the price. Very lightweight but well-built. Easy to use and feature-rich for the price.

Bissel has always been mt favorite! Easy to clean, and they go forever!!

Product is excellent if you have dogs! It picks up hair easily and the light provided makes it so much easier to see. We use it on tile, wood and carpet and does a great job.

Lightweight. Easy to use. "Lift-Off" is handy, simple to use and access, and works well. Upholstery attachment works well. A little hard to push through pile carpeting, but not impossible. Good "suction."
