GREAT vacuum

Only complaint is that the head can not be adjusted up or down for plain floors/carpet. Otherwise GREAT piece of equipment!

We have two dogs and three cats and let me just say, after I vacuum the furniture you wouldn't even know. I've had other "pet friendly" vacuums, but nothing as powerful as this one and such a great price!

My only complaint is the carpet height adjustment is confusing, I’m a male with no mother figure I have no idea what “plush” means please just put high or low carpet.
