My favorite is the bright light on the front... helps me see all the crumbs and debris. Love it so far. Great suction, smooth, definitely no complaints.

I like the swivel feature and I recently learned of the 4-year warranty that they stand behind. A part needed replaced which they quickly shipped to me with no hassle or charges.
