Love this vacuum! I was worried about if it would be too bulky to move around / up and down the steps but it’s perfect.

Definitely would recommend the Bissell, works great!

This item replaced a Dyson Animal we've had repeated issues with. It does a superior job compared to that machine. Sound level seems lower, more fine debris removed from carpet, and filters are a plus. Only drawback is that the traditional wheels vs Dyson's ball take getting used to again.

For the money, for a brand name and quality...good purchase. No need to spend hundreds of$ for appliances that only last a handful of years..Everything is made out of cheap plastic..

Awesome vacuum! I’ve been using a Shark navigator for the past 5 years apparently it was t doing what it was supposed to do. I went through the whole house and what a difference in my carpet.

Amazing vacuum! I have 2 dogs and 1 cat and they shed everywhere! It’s so easy to use with the detachable feature and the pet add on. It gets all the hair off my couch and picks up an insane about of dirt in my house!

Very awkward to operate, picks up good on carpet not good on hardwood floors. Should have bought the cheaper pet vac. I don't have a pet.

I never knew I needed this vacuum till now! I had a Dyson and after using this, I realize my Dyson wasn’t picking up anything. Love love love!!!

Best vacuum ever purchased. Thought our previous Hoover did a good job, used it once and I couldn’t believe the amount of hair this unit picks up.

I usually dont write reviews but I received an email asking for one so I figured why not. Everytime Ive purchased any vacuums of this brand they havnt lasted more then a couple months. I bought a shark vacuum some years ago that was long lasting and worked wonderfully but I recently decided I wanted something a bit stronger for better pet hair pick up. Upon reading all the wonderful reviews for this vacuum I went against my better judgement and purchased it. The first 2 or 3 days it worked incredible. It picked up so much from my carpet I had no idea was there. I was so impressed. Then slowly day after day it started picking up less and less. Constantly needing unclogged and also although it advertised having a no hair tangle brush roll I need to cut the wrapped hair after almost every use. I have 3 girls with long hair and myself so that was one of the reasons I gravitated to this vacuum. It just really dont hold up well at all.

After a couple of uses it started to make a birning smell. It also wasn't working as well as our previous Shark vaccuum. I went to return it 3 weeks after purchase but Best Buy wouldn't take it back due to a lousy 15 day return policy. Now ill be stuck running in circles with the manufacturing. Im not paying Best Buy an annual membership fee eithwr to get extended return windows, it's a money grab for selling bad products. I'll no longer purchase anything from Best Buy.
