After a couple of uses it started to make a birning smell. It also wasn't working as well as our previous Shark vaccuum. I went to return it 3 weeks after purchase but Best Buy wouldn't take it back due to a lousy 15 day return policy. Now ill be stuck running in circles with the manufacturing. Im not paying Best Buy an annual membership fee eithwr to get extended return windows, it's a money grab for selling bad products. I'll no longer purchase anything from Best Buy.

I would give this a 4.5 star. Great vacuum with good flexibility. Was an upgrade over our 7yr old hoover that was chewing ip belts every 6 months. We have a dog and it has been very good at picking up hair. The hand held attachment is one of the better ones I have used yet!

Fast and friendly easy to setup and leaves my carpet hairless highly recommended!

this is a very good vaccum clarner. This style vaccum cleaner filters is not easily cleaned This is the only negative about this vaccum.

The vacuum died after four months. The brush roller stopped working. Garbage product - will not recommend or purchase a Bissell product ever again.

This vacuum is so great, I bought it twice. I would buy it again and again! Love the headlights and the colors, and love the fact it always does an amazing job cleaning up after our dog.

I thought it was a great product it looks nice had good reviews and was on a good sale at Best Buy we got it in one day shipped to us when I got here and I surprised my lady she said she would only live with the shark. So I had to take it back. But if it was just me I would buy it again.

Works great, love the ability to detach, not super light but not super heavy either. Hope it last long time

Was in the market for a better vacuum to get the dog hair taken care of, this does the trick. However it is suprisingly heavy, i can see smaller women struggling with stairs

Very good vacuum cleaner especially for carpet. The removable bottom makes the vacuum cleaner a lot more agile. I believe it is one of the better ones I’ve had so far.

This vacuum is just amazing and for the price I mean sheeesh. I seriously remodeled almost my entire upstairs and this was the most used cleaning tool and it’s still in amazing condition

I was nervous to invest in this vacuum but it gets everything off my carpet.

The vacuum has no issue taking care of dog hair. It has yet to struggle even handling the hard to reach areas and does not clog.

Great lightweight vacuum. Can be a little confusing to separate parts but does the job and easy to dispose of dirt.

Read alot of good reviews on this vacuum, however, when using it seems that the suction power is not there. Seems like wood floors may be its kryptonite. There are always trace amounts of debris left behind that the vacuum will not pick up, leaving you to have to use the hose extention to finish the job. Not horrible, but tedious and not the great item that I thought I was buying.

This is a great vacuum. The only suggestion would be to have the cord at the top of the unit versus the bottom. It gets caught in the wheel. Otherwise... love it.

Its a great vacuum and very great at cleaning. The prices was Great also so its a WIN WIN situation thanks Best Buy!
