Outstanding product! Picks up cat hair with no problem. My rugs haven't been this clean is a long, long time. In fact we baught this Bissell to replace a standup Kirby. It is superior to Kirby in 1) it is lighter in weight. 2) It is much more portable. I love the fact that it detaches to use on stairs without the head of the vaccuum. 3) Cost. Much lowere in price and it works better! Would buy again in a heart beat.

Been only few days, good suction and lift away feature is also good. Emptying the cannister is easy and major hair tangle yet. It was just enough accessories. Weight is ok and LED is really useful. Brush roll on and off feature is good, works good in tiles too. Basically does all what's expected, no complaints. Minor cons: The bottom part of cannister catches dust which is difficult to remove. The power cord is suitated on the right side which is irritating and not for right handed people. The power button is not easily reachble or at the bottom to operate with leg. To retract the vaccum need to hold the bottom part and then pull it back, instead of providing some easy lever.

I am so impressed with this vacuum. We have two dogs who shed a LOT, and this makes it so easy to keep my home clean. It glides effortlessly over hard floors and area rugs (we don’t have carpet). The removable want and roller brush attachment works perfectly removing pet hair from the sofa and chairs. I really love that enjoying the bin is easy and you don’t have to touch the dirt or deal with a bag or filter. Best vacuum I’ve owned!

Love It! Worth the buy. i can use for husky hair and my own. it doesn’t get wrapped around the brush roll and i dont have to clean it every week. It has great suction super easy to clean! i can use it on hardwood floors and super easy to use on stairs and when you have kids that make large messes with crackers or cookies super easy to clean up and maneuver around them while they are playing!

Really like this vaccum - the easy lift-off extension is fantastic for dust on stairs & baseboards, some ceiling fans (depending on height), & it really gets in close to the perimeter of the room. The reason I gave a 4 not 5, is due to this vacuum not having quite enough suction similar vacuums have & I have previously owned. Also, & this is minor, but we have the technology now - it's 2021. Nothing is "manual" now - not garage doors, not car windows, not even the leash I use to walk my dog, Boomer ... my advice to Bissell? ... Update the next version with the retractable cord - it's those little things that sometimes make the biggest (or only) difference.

Very quiet with great suction, even for dog hair in carpet! Nice swival head to eadily get into tight corners.

Love this vacuum! Easy to maneuver around, lightweight, components are easy to deal with. The cartridge easily comes off to be emptied. It has a light on the front so you can literally see all the junk on the floor - could be good, could be bad.

I have been using the lift away vaccumm from anothe brand and was disappointed when i bought a similar model from the same brand after the old one broke. Until i found this one and absolutely loge the lift off design. Overall this vacuum is light weight, great suction, easy to clean and has the motor brush that the other brand does not have. Glad i found this one and strongly recommend it!

It’s a nice vacuum, easy to use, not too heavy, and lifts up a lot of my dogs hair. I recommend it for a pretty good wired vacuum, though I still think if you get a good deal on a wireless it’s much more useful, even if not as powerful as this.

I am very surprised at the amount of suction this vacuum cleaner has. It is also very easy to push around the house. I have lots of wood floors and it is very easy to turn the brush feature on and off. I like getting under furniture with the easy to remove wand and attached tools. Overall, the price is very decent for the amount of features as well as ease and versatility of the vacuum.

I had a Dyson and retuned it because it was honestly so hard to move. This vacuum picks up dog hair and dirt very well! It’s light and easy to maneuver making up a lot easier to carry up stairs.

I bought this product because my Dyson was no longer doing the job and they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. I moved forward with purchasing this vacuum cleaner and it by far surpasses my old Dyson. It picks up so much of the cat hair and dirt! I do not regret this purchase.

I love my new vacuum cleaner! It's powerful, versatile, not too heavy, easy to empty, easily maneuverable, tools actually fit on-board, pet hair attachment a lifesaver!

My last vacuum was also a Bissell. When it was time to retire it, I was thinking of something like Dyson... But I opted not to spend the extra cash and got this instead! Best decision! The LED lights in the front are great for seeing all the dust that you normally wouldn't see. I have a cat and this vacuum is great because it really picks up everything. It's also very easy to empty after every use. I highly recommend this vacuum.

This vac freely tilts from side to side relative to the base. If you are used to older model vacuums the "driving" can seem a bit off. Nonetheless it does a great job picking up dirt and pet hair. It's wand feature is much more flexible than many other models I have seen and lets you get firmly into some dirty corners that are difficult for others. The canister is smaller than our old vac but that only encourages you to empty it out when you're supposed to. I have seen no loss of suction at any level. Really happy with the purchase

Good vacuum cleaner for pets. The hose could be a little more longer.

Almost a year with it and I'm still very happy with it. I have a cat and the vacuum can get all her fur with ease. My rug looks brand new every time I clean it with it. It also works well on my cat's litter and the Pet TurboEraser Tool cleans very well my couch from all her fur. It even leaves a clean scent afterwards, probably the filter's doing. The one thing I would change would be the length of its hose, it is too short when you lift off the portable canister.

This bissel is great im used to dysons but this is a great combo cleans up pet hair like nothing cleaning is easy and the hepa filter helping my allergies super great price and ease of use

Light weight, efficient, Love the "lift off option" for cannister. Easy to clean, works well and relatively quiet

It's a little heavy bring it up and down stairs if you are 5'2 and 125 pounds. But it picks up wonderfully. I don't even have to use a dustpan anymore. I do wish that the hose extended more but overall it's great. I also love how I can start and stop the bristles from moving when I am just using it as a dustpan. Great price and happy I purchased it
