Stopped working after 1 month.

I can't return it cause it's past the 15 days. So now I have to pay to have it fixed cause I didn't get the insurance plan?! I shouldn't have to fix it after a month! My old Bissell lasted almost 10 years with no problems. Not very happy with this purchase.

Cleaning out the tank simple enough and it many configurations make it more versatile. My option is that it’s worth the money.

My only issue, and to be frank, it may be user error, is that vacuuming my thicker rug gives me an upper body workout. But i have a dog that sheds quite a bit and this has helped immensely.
