Great vacuum! My old Bissell saw saw the ghost 2 weeks ago, Went online and bought this model. Works great on pet hair. One downfall on this model; the cord is not as long as my old one and this model does not self retract.

This is one of the best vacuums I have ever used. If you have pets, your search for a quality, affordable vacuum is over. This machine does an outstanding job. I’m amazed at the quantity of pet hair and dirt for a short period of time. And emptying the debris is so simple and can be done with the push of a button. The only negative is that it didn’t come with an extension wand to on crease your reach for hard to reach places.

The Vacuum is quiet with good suction and feels sturdy. The tangle free feature works great! You can't go too far with the hose before the vacuum follows you or tips over, so be careful. Easy to use on hard floors and plush carpets.

so far so good. bought this product because with dog hair all other vacuums don't seem to last as long. packaged great and have made use of all attachments. have also used to vacuum out the truck and worked really well.

It sucks, In a good way, I never knew how bad my rugs were with cat hair until I bought this item.

Ladies and Gentlemen, if you have a dog in your house, this vacuum is the most bang for your buck. You will not find a better "dog home" vacuum on the market for the money. My wife and I consider ourselves to be very conscious about keeping our house clean. We sweep, vacuum and mop at least weekly and we have robot vacuums that run daily. Our floors are all wood with a few carpet runners in the halls and rugs in the bathrooms, kitchen, mud room and at the doors. The first time we used this vacuum and cleaned it out, I almost got sick because of all the stuff it picked up that our other vacuum(s) did not. Be prepared to be amazed and disgusted at the same time. This thing is awesome. Also remember to clean out the canister with every use and clean the filter(s) regularly to keep things smelling fresh. Downside: It is a little heavy and bulky making it a challenge to maneuver. The cord is also really short.

This has been a great vacuum. We have pets and this has been great at pulling the dander and hair out of the carpet. It is light weight and easy to use. It works significantly better than our previous vacuum.

We mainly have hardword floors but we have a dog that sheds an enormous amount of hair that we were always picking up. This vacuum has cut that down to a minumum during the week. It sucks her hair up no matter the surface and saves time and effort. It does an excellent job on all of our floors and our steps. We are definitely happy with this purchase.

I enjoy using this vacuum. The option to turn on and off the spinning of the main bristles is a feature I did not know I needed. This vacuum works well and the light in front has helped me avoid losing some Legos.

Not to heavy. Easy to use. Wish it had a retractable cord.

Fantastic for the price. Suction is great, handheld part is easy to get into tight spots. Some people are complaining about the cord length however I'm not sure what mansion you're vacuuming with your $200 vacuum. Cord length is just fine! Would recommend.

Superb performance! It picks up so much dust from the carpet giving me a clean feel of the carpet! It performs better than the very expensive ones from other brands which don’t pick up as well as this one. This mode and brand also allow me to clean the container with soap and water which is not possible with certain expensive brands. Very glad I went with this model and brand

I was surprised how lightweight and quieter it was compared to my old vacuum but it still worked well. Both my dog and cat were terrified of the old vacuum but seemed to tolerate this one better.

Love the ease of this vacuum to push and quick release wand. Not as good as Dyson in terms of suction but I’ve had so many Dyson break that I have found this one to be a great replacement. I also LOVE the light. You can see every hair on the floor to ensure pick up

Great vacuum. I have a cat and she gets hair and cat litter everywhere. I love how there is a light on the front and I can take it apart easy to empty the contents I vacuumed and to use in small spaces. The only thing that took getting used to was how the front swivels. I felt like I didn’t have control of the vacuum for the first week. Now I’ve gotten used to it and it works like a dream!

I bought this specific vacuum for the purpose of sucking up LOTS of human hair. I shed quite a bit and my girls the same. I am very pleased with how well this sucks up the hair and other debris on ALL floor surfaces, the fact that I don't have to clean out the bottom of the vacuum from hair getting clogged up, and the ease of use.

Got this on sale, tremendous value for the price. Great suction and decently quiet unit.
