Love the feature to detach and be able to walk around and vacuum behind things. This vacuum does seem to clog with sig hair alot though for a pet vacuum and we only have area rugs not a full house of carpet

This item works ok. I have 2 dogs and they shed a lot of hair. This did well until it got clogged up and is not working the same since i cleaned it out. If it wasn't for the amount of punishment this vacuum took from my dogs this might have been great.

this vacuum works great all around the house. Light to pick up for hard to reach places, detaches from the base which allows you to reach corners and get those pesty cobwebs.

Only reason im not giving 5 stars is because the stand up base was poorly designed on the suction side of things. Clogs easily from the narrow passageway

I have 2 pitbulls, one sheds too much and the other loves rolling in the grass outside, so this machine is wonderful. It picks up particles of dirt simply sweeping couldn’t do. With all the attachments, it came with, I’m able to vacuum my couch, car, blinds, dogs beds and the list can keep going.

I've had some of the more expensive vacuum's on the market and I've had problems with all of them. Some don't adjust to the carpet height and some have broken down after one year. I've had this Bissell for over a month now and I love it. It has a height adjustment for my carpets, it has a place for all of the accessories and it picks up what appears to be a lot my 2 cats hair. Can't go wrong with this model.

I've purchased a great deal of vacuums in my lifetime, this is by far the best one by far. The suction is great and the way it lifts off the floor is such a great feature. I have nothing bad to say about this machine, I love it and the job it does, so happy i chose it!

We have a roombah currently that runs when it can and use the vacuum to get the edges and corners the roombah doesn't reach as well as the carpet. It's good at vacuuming carpet stairs with attachments and is great as sucking up dog hairs which is the reason we got it.

We haven’t vacuumed our apartment for such a long time that it’s really disturbing, the first time I went over a pass with this vacuum I could swear I could make a whole brand new cat with it. It did the job

Love it! Easy to use even when you take off the main part to reach harder to reach places. The pet tool seems like more of a gimmick but I’m still happy with this!

Does a great job, so far. We had an old Bissell that lasted 16 years until the hose wore out and could not be replaced by Bissell. This unit is smaller than the old Bissell but does store easily. The smaller size works well around furniture.
