Due to the substantial suction power, it can be a little hard to push. That is where the suction level needs to be dialed back on thick carpet. Otherwise, great value.

We have 3 shedding dogs and this vac really works. Good for rugs. Not as great for bare floors. The lift-off piece is heavy and the hose is too short and awkward to use.

Great for pet hair. We have a husky, so we are constantly vacuuming. With our old vacuum, it would take 20 to 30 minutes to remove all the dog hair from our carpet. This vacuum completes the same job in just a few minutes.

I absolutely love this vacuum. I have a Sheppard mix who has longer hair and this vacuum does an amazing job at getting the hair off the carpet and in the car too!

Has the best suction I could ask for in a pet vacuum. My dog sheds quite a bit and so much of it ends up on our rug and couch. This vacuum sucks all of it up as if it never existed. Glad I invested in this one.

This is a great bagless vacuum. I like that you can turn off the spinning brushes if you need to clean something that the brushes would damage. The handheld attachment has great suction.

Many useful features. Seems to be built well. I like the flexibility to go between different surfaces. Attachments are great too! It is a little heavy but luckily I only have 1 level.

Can’t recommend this product enough. Perfect for jobs of all sizes, because it’s so incredibly easy to use. Worth considering if you’re in the market.

This vacuum is GREAT! The suction is really good. Being able to take only part of it up the stairs to vacuum the steps, is a game changer. There's only 2 things that I think could be improved...1) there needs to be a longer extension to the "wand". 2) The vacuum is heavy, so when the wand is used and pulled slightly it can fall. It actually has fallen a couple times on my feet and it hurts. So, for that I give it 4 Stars instead of 5 as I think they can somehow improve that part of the design.

Great vacuum, pickup a lot of dirt. Great for clean the inside of the car since you can detached the canister from the upright.

We really like the power of this vacuum. Normally we have had a canister but decided to try an upright this time. The only drawback is it is more difficult to get under furniture.

Vacuum cleaner is working well. Being able to detach the vacuum from the main unit really helps when vacuuming stairs. It definitely picks up a lot more dirt than our previous vacuum.

I have a Labrador/ German Shepherd cross who molts a lot! So I used to vacuum every day. With this vacuum I don’t have to because it vacuums the dog hairs from the carpet and sofas really well.

Needed a good replacement for a broken vacuum and this really got the job done. Excellent price for a good product.

It's so easy to put together and rather easy for me to use as I have a severely painful back just make sure you empty the dust bucket before it gets too full easy peasy

This particular model is my favorite it vacuums just as well as their Bizzels other products but feels much lighter than other models I have purchased!

Takes a little time and philips head screwdriver to put together. Gave it 4 stars because the cord is low on the vacuum and unwieldy when using. On my old Bissell the cord was higher. Filled the canister on 2 1/2 rooms. It was easy but messy to empty. After finishing vacuuming could still feel dog hair under my feet. But may take another round of vacuuming. Overall pleased with product.

Easy to use and so light weight. Love the lift off feature! Great for stairs and car interiors. The Febreeze filter is great for a light scent that eliminates pet odors.

This vacuum really picked up alot of accumulated dust that I had on my wall corners. It is easy to move around.
