Obviously I needed this vacuum and I'm quite pleasantly surprised. It was easy to assemble, not too heavy and works like a charm. Really like this vacuum!

I use this vacuum every day for small messes and am very impressed! As a mother I usually vacuum a lot after my little one, and this vacuum makes it easier to pick up cereal crumbs and anything else.

Good value. It is a sturdy product that does a good job. It is easy to operate. My nine year old can use it with ease. It saves on space when storing in my 1200 sq ft condo. It is also easy to transport in my car to my weekend recreational vehicle. I am happy with my purchase

I wanted the next model up with the auto cord rewind but they were out. I have had no problems with this model. We use on both carpet and floor

I bought this vacuum cleaner 4 months ago on Best Buy.com and use it regularly in my home. This product is a great cleaner especially at home to clean the carpet and kitchen and the bathrooms. This works great and thank you Best Buy.

We bought this the day after our other vacuum broke. The night we brought it home, we set it up and I revacuumed the room my other vacuum broke. Now let me tell you how flabbergasted I was. I vacuum every other day and the amount of dirt this vacuum sacked uo was amazing! The canister was half full and it sounded like sand being pulled through the hose. After two days I vacuumed again and was surprised at how clean the floor still was. It has helped my asthma and my kids breathing to. I definitely extremely happy with this purchase and definitely would purchase again.

This vacuum is everything we needed. It vacuums very well but it's not till your done that you realize how much dust, allergens, hair and other mess you had on your carpet!! The carpet looks so clean and you see everything the vacuum has picked up in the front tube. I love the retractable cord and it's very quiet and easy and light to push. With my best buy rewards and coupons I got it for less than $100 and that included the warranty!! Great buy

very impressed by the suction power. a great improvement from the previous model. The setup is easy for those people who hate reading manuals, 2 screws taped to the handle.The suction is insane. Like, be careful with your rugs insane! But that's a good thing. The hose isn't super short like it is on most vacuums in this price range, and the vacuum's weight (a little more than other comparable brands) helps to keep it upright when using the hose

Retractable cord is great & no gadgets that fall off.

We have an empty nest so this is a good, nice, quite vacuum for every day cleaning of an apartment or bed room . Would not recommend for heavy duty cleaning especially if you have kids at home. (SMILING)

I needed a new vacuum that could handle lots of cat fur and litter dust. Perfect solution and the easy empty bin is great. Very good suction as well.

No complaints at all. We have a Labrador that means we have a lot of dog hair. This vacuum does a great job getting it up.

I decided upon this vacuum after reading the reviews on Best Buy and the Bissell site. So far, no problems. It has powerful suction and dirt empties from the bottom with a push of a button which is nice. I am impressed with Bissell products.

I really have loved using this sweeper, easy to handle. Cleans very well. Emptying container is simple. Has an extractable cord, makes chores quicker.

I recently moved into a new apartment and had to replace my old vacuum that I left with a roommate. My previous vacuum was Bissell and very similar to this model but I actually prefer this model because the 13 inch brush is more ideal for small spaces. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 star rating is because I'm still getting use to how the filter is cleaned out. I had trouble locking the dirt tank container back on after cleaning the filter, probably just takes a few more sessions to get use to putting it together but compared to my old Bissell is just takes a bit longer.

I went low cost since my last vacuum only lasted a few years. Cleans very well, but the low cost shows up in the on/off button being very low on its side, and the attachment hose being rather short.

Love, LOVE this vacuum! My old vacuum wasn't able to gather much from the carpet (Hair, bits of dried leaves, etc.) This one is lightweight, has AMAZING suction, isn't very noisy & the attachments are a really cool bonus. My only (tiny) complaint is that the chamber isn't very big, so you have to empty it more often than with some other vacuums, but it's so easy to empty & put back on that it's really not that big of a deal. If you are on the fence about buying this one, definitely go for it -- you'll be happy that you did!

I've had this vacuum for about a month now and have been very impressed with it so far. I have two dogs that shed a lot. I vacuum once a day and it does a very good job at picking up all the dirt and dog hair. Its easy to clean as well.

So far, looks like a great purchase. It cleans well and is easy to move around. Only concern is that it seems to suck too much fiber off my carpets...hopefully it's just deep cleaning and not eating my carpets...will find out with time.

This is the best budget vacuum. I don't think I need a $300+ vacuume. This is great for a first time home owner.
