Good Vacuum and works well ,sometimes hard to clean due to hair but good on carpet and hardwood floors.

the vacum is very powerful for the carpet. you don't need extra bag， easy to clean

i'm very satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. i did my research and decided to go with this based on its good review. it does the work well. very strong suctioning. yes it would've been nicer if it were skinner, but it's pretty standard, nothing bulky. by the way, you should consider a warranty; it's totally worth it.

Our previous vacuum cleaner was also a Bissell and we were happy with it. We got a great deal and is working as expected.

Great vacuum cleaner. Mops floors and cleans carpets. My husband cleans the vacuum cleaner after I get finish. I save money by getting this vacuum cleaner instead of renting steam cleaner. I may still rent steam cleaner but not as much. I like it because it is light weight. Thanks BISSELL!!!

As the title states, this vacuum is powerful and light. Some may think the plastic isn't durable, but with the materials used, it is extremely light. Good for places where you have multiple floors and need to carry it up and down often. The suction is great, it was pretty evident in the dust collection that my previous vac wasn't doing good at all. Only thing I would mention is that the hose you use for the smaller accessories (The same one for the actual vac itself) doesn't stretch out easily at first, as the vacuum is too light and you end up knocking down the vacuum if you try to extend the hose to reach somewhere.

I was looking for a corded vacuum that would deal with the roadside dust and dog hair that accumulates in my house in the country. I needed a reasonable price, easy empty, no bags or washable filters. This was the ideal purchase for me. A friend who used it asked for the details so she could buy one as well.
