I needed a new vacuum as mine had "bit the dust". I went down to Best Buy where I always find quality products and found this little gem on sale. I didn't budget a new vacuum, so this worked out perfectly at the sale price. When I got it home and found how well it worked, I couldn't have been happier.

fills up a lil bit fast but not a big problem if you're working on a small area. hose is a bit short but over all item is ok for size and price.

We had the hoover windtunnel replaced twice for the fact it burnt out now were ☺ with the bissel Thanks to the sale associate that helped us.

This was a exceptional vacuum that I had very little problems with. Would not buy a different vacuum because I was fully satisfied.

Have only used this vacuum once so far so I cannot speak on longevity, but it is Bissell and they tend to last. The amount of debris removed on the first use was pretty impressive, if this vacuum lasts at least 2 years (the manufacturer's warranty duration) and continues with the same performance, this is an excellent machine.

Sometimes it's the things that aren't complicated that work the best. I thought I was missing a part during construction (took 5 minutes) but I was mistaken. Captures undesired things hiding in my carpet better then I expected. Solid buy for an apartment or home without pets. If you own a furry friend or have bad allergies I would go to the next model up.

The vacuum cleaner does a great job. I have not had any issues with it. Wish it was a tad lighter in weight. Needed a wnd cleaner in my home.

Bought this as a backup for my Dyson. It works great, has plenty of power and the price was right. My biggest concern with previous, non- Dyson cleaners was that when you transition from carpets to hardwoods, unless you manually adjust, they just don't do well on multiple surfaces. The Bissell transitions flawlessly.
