As soon as we began to use this Bissell, it was embarrassingly clear how much dirt and pet hair our previous vacuum had been leaving behind. What an improvement! Bagless dirt catcher and filter are easy to clean. Only reason not to give 5 stars is that the floor roller/beater continues to move (pointlessly) even when you're using the pull-out hose to vacuum small places/items.
