Cleans great, this is the 2nd one of these I have bought. Cleans dog hair great. Will buy another one when I need it again.

I am very pleased with this product. Especially the fact that the cord is retractable and not a hassle when I'm done cleaning!

We bought this to replace our Shark vacuum that quit on us after heavy use for 3 years. This one does pretty well but not as good as the Shark.

At first, the Bissell seemed like a great buy. After just a week or two, it seemed to lose suction and didn't pick up dirt very well. I tried cleaning it out, but that didn't work, at least not for me. Luckily, Best Buy stood behind it since I almost always buy the extended warranty. They refunded the purchase price and the Geek Squad fee and I bought a Shark, which I'm very happy with. It cost a bit more, but it was worth the investment.

Great vacuum and is powerful enough to get everything running it one time through.

Pick up the dirt really well and I don't need to worry about changing any filters or bags

The Bissell is great for around the home cleaning and is easy to clean. It is light weight and picks up extremely well.

of other models. i don't think you should ever punish (for lack of a better word) a customer for not spending an extra couple of 100 dollars on a cleaner. i can understand it not being as powerful... but the quality it is made with seems very poor . Especially for 100 dollars sure 100 dollars isn't a lot of money anymore... but it is enough money to get plastic that doesn't feel like it can be snapped easily

does the same job as the big heavy machine, like the clear view at the base to see if there is a jam up, before vacum stops

I purchased this vacuum in July, 2015. The first couple of months it was great, but by December, it developed a high pitched whine that got louder each time I used it. I was very disappointed with this model, and replaced it with an Electrolux.

Well put together. Took very little to set up and is very user friendly. Bought this for my mother in law. She loves it.

Vacuum gets the job done! Has a really cool color and is pretty versatile for an apartment with both carpet and hardwood. I recommend.

Great vacuum so far. Usually we get a Hoover but the last one we got the power button broke after a few months.
