    This vacuum replaced my previous Bissel and like everything else is not as good as what it replaced. I’m aware that obsolescence is built into appliances these days but the attachments are awkward to use, the hose clip doesn’t contain the hose that flaps around while I vacuum. The nozzle attachment is 1/3 the size of the previous one and dust bin with smaller capacity, The electric cord that still nicely retracts seems shorter. The engine is quieter and it vacuums up long dog hair well which its predecessor could no longer do. I’m keeping it as it does its job but is definitely not an improvement.

    My BISSELL may be Black & Blue but I have NO back strain with I vacuum the heavy traffic area of our carpet. I can even pick up my vacuum with one hand to put away after recoiling the cord in a flash. The price was no strain on my budget.
