Easy to fix

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 2nd day we had it we continued to vacuum our home that had not been vacuumed for 1yr, we have a dog and the belt on the base of the vacuum got filled with fuzz, when it started making a burning smell that's how we knew. Simply unscrew the bottom and remove fuzz and we have has no issues since. The air filter inside leaves the room smelling fresh every cleaning.
