For a first vacuum the combination of features, power, and quality construction were great for the price. She's loves keeping her place clean and hopefully this will serve her for a long time, glad to see it has a 4 year parts and labor warranty if any issues crop up.

This is a workhorse to say the least. I love the retractable cord and the brush design. It works well on both wood floors and carpet. Only drawback, if any, is it is heavy. With the attachments, it's not really an issue. Work horses are supposed to be heavy!

Good Vaccum

I picked this vaccum because, thought expensive, it was the closest to the vaccum we were returning. It was also the cheapest vaccum, so didn't expect much features out of it. The first time I used it, boy was I surprised. It handles well, is easy to maneuver and gets under the couch. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I LOVE VACUUMING

There's a lot of extra connecting things that we don't really use but they're there if you need them.. I would totally recommend this

And Best Buy warranty is amazing after using more than a year my first vacuum cleaner had little problem and I took to the nearest Best Buy location and they have replaced with a new one without asking any question! Isn’t it amazing?
