One Great Vacuum!

The swivel head makes this so easy to maneuver and it is so awesome! The Febreze filter that is included makes the carpet and the house smell so good when you vacuum. And the really super long retractable cord is amazing! Also it has blue and lime green trim! Go Hawks!

Would recommend this for people that have pets and different types of flooring in their homes...

Not what I was looking for

The main complaint is the flimsy, plastic wheels which are totally unsuited for solid flooring. The cord retractor is not entirely worthless, but close. Suction is good, but when using the small hand tool, the base unit stays running, robbing the smaller tool of some juice. Unit is packed well and set up is minimal. Just don't overtighten that one included assembly screw or you'll be taking the vacuum back. The canister is very easy to empty and the locking mechanism is good.

Great Vacuum!!

Easy to clean and it doesn’t have that dog hair smell every time you run it. The fabreeze filter controls the odors. Not hair tangle in the roller. I run it on carpet and bare floors and it picks up everything.

It’s great on my carpet get them clean and picks up the smallest debris off the floor. I appreciate the retractable cord it’s thw absolute best feature along with all the connections

We also have a bissel crosswave but this vacuum is way better for our carpet. I love that it comes with a scented filter that makes the room smell nice! The automatic cord feature is also a life saver!!

Decent vacuum from Bissell

I have used Hoover before and even though I prefer hoover for the way it cleans the floor, I find it's easier to clean this product as compared to others.

It's awesome!! They wasy it picks up dirt and handles so easily. Only complaint is the dirt tank is a bit small. Requires emptying at least every time I vacuum sometimes twice.
