Great vacuum!! Easy to put together. I also like that Bissel contributes to animal rescue. This is the second vacuum I have had made by Bissel and they are well made and perform great!

By far the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used. The spinning brushes lift dog hair with ease. Light weight and the right attachments make this a purchase I didn’t regret.

This vacuum is okay. The tools dont fit in storage spots very well. The cord comes out on the wrong side. The hose will flop off while you are vacuuming. But it does suck things up really well.

This is a good mid priced vacuum. Has good pick up and does a good job. It can be a little tough to push a times, because lack of self propelled wheels. The power cord return feature is wonderful.

I am very impressed with this vacuum’s performance. It is just about ready to go right out of the box. Just 2 screws to connect the handle, connect the hose and it’s ready to work. One of the things I loved about this vacuum before even using it is the retractable power cord. It’s not like it’s a new technology, but I have never seen this feature on an upright. My current upright requires me to wrap the chord around the handle which is a pain. The second thing I love about it is that it’s bagless. After using this, it makes me wonder why any manufacturers still make vacuums that need a bag. I love that you can actually see the dirt being picked up and when you’re done, you just dump it into a trash can. The first thing I noticed when I powered it up is that it is a bit noisy compared to some other uprights I have used. It’s not obnoxious though. The second thing I noticed is the incredible suction it picked up everything in its path without issue and I could see the dog and cat hair spinning around the canister. The brushes on the vacuum head are extremely strong. The only downside is that you can’t turn them off. However, they did not damage my hard wood floors. The vacuum comes with a crevice tool, dusting brush, extension wand and a Turbobrush tool. One thing I found puzzling was that each tool seemed to have a place except for the crevice attachment. There was one tool space left over, but the crevice tool didn’t fit there. I ended up stuffing it into the extension wand to keep it secure. The great thing about the crevice tool its design allows you to switch between end suction or side suction. Perfect for getting in between cushions or tight spaces. The Turbobrush did an excellent job on my carpeted stairs and on my furniture. It did an great job of loosening and capturing dirt without applying a lot of pressure. The dusting brush worked as expected although the bristles are a bit stiffer than on other vacuums which makes it harder to use on more delicate surfaces. Maneuvering the vacuum was really easy. The head swiveled with the twist of my wrist. Once I was finished cleaning, the canister was super easy to remove and empty. The canister itself has a Febreze filter in it and comes with a second one in the box. It says it keeps the air smelling fresh, but I really didn’t notice a difference. I snapped the canister back in, hit the cord retractor button and the unit was ready to be put away. I have another upright in the closet that costs about 8 times as much as this one, but I prefer to use this one going forward.

I bought this because of the comments stating it's a good option for use on shag rugs. It is not. I can't get it to move forward at all on my shag rugs even at the highest pile height setting. The only thing I can do with this is pull it backward, which means I must lift it up and place it back down for each stroke, which hurts my back and leaves gaps in the pile. It picks up well on the tile floors and low pile rugs, is lightweight and easy to assemble. No vacuum works really well on shags, but at least my prior Shark could be managed with some effort in the push.

It's not too load, it's not too large but it's also not too consistent with the suction. I find it is pretty weak in it's over suction. It has a nice retractable cord but it does not get the dog hair off my floors without going over it multiple times.

This vac has the " No Tangle" beater brush with good suction. Picks up just about everything. Has a long hose and it's clear so you can see any clogs. Love the cord rewind. Has a Fabreeze air filter, good for pet smells.

Excellent picking up dirt, but a little bit bulky getting underneath furniture. Using the hose is a little bit difficult because it is short and it is heavy due to the fact that it is attached to the vacuum up top

This thing works wonders. The amount of pet hair that was cleaned up absolutely shocked me. It makes me wonder if my old vacuum was picking up anything at all? I love this thing. I have two dogs and my carpet looks seriously good.

Love this vacuum! However it is lacking a height adjustment but it half makes up for that by having the belt shut off switch. Does a great job and maneuvers great!

I am a tall person and when I use the hose I want it longer than say 24 to 30 inches the hose on this vacuum is very long and that is what I like the most...one this tho it could have a seperate switch for the beater bar and the sweeper

It’s a great vacuum. Lots of suction power, unfortunately the belt breaks easily. Already broke 2 months in. Should of got the warranty as I see this is gonna be a problem

I bought this vacuum because I needed a new one and i have a small apartment but this sucked so much dust and dirt from my carpets that i didn't know i had, that my old one was unable to pick up! I definitely recommend!

Bought it to replace our old vacuum. It does its job really well. Only problem was the drive belt snapped but it was a $10 and 5 minute replacement. Other than that, the retractable cord is very convenient.

Belt keeps breaking..and this is with light use once a week. Trashed it and bought a shark.

Works really well in picking up my Goldens hair. I've had it for 11 months now and it just went out on me. Somehow the belt got melted onto the spool. Idk how that happened, so I'm hoping it is covered under warranty

I expect quality for my money with Bissell, and I get it. This is our 4th Bissell over many years. This one was bought for our lake home. We even used it for spring cleaning on the pontoon boat. Versatile and does a good job. Tecommend.

So far we are so happy with the job this vacuum is doing. Works well on carpet and the hard floors.who knew how much easier the swivel would make vacuuming!
