Cleaner does the job. Purchased it because of its weight. I have problems holding heavy cleaners due to arithis in my hands. It is not top of the line, but it does a good job.

I bought it just got my carpet and it’s works good on it . I can recommend it for the carpet cleaning purposes because it suck all the dirt and dust on it .

Happy with our purchase. Our other vacuum broke and we needed a replacement. This product has been great for multiple areas to clean.

When I first used my new Bissell vacuum, I found it heavy and hard to push and pull back and forth. The swivel feature is hard for me to understand. The optional febreeze filter, has a very strong scent. And as your vacuuming the scent blows in your face. The cord gets in the way a lot. Which is frustrating. The power pet fur tool, doesn’t work, like I thought it would. Plus even with the extender tool, you end up having to pull hard on the back of the vacuum. Making the vacuum fall back. I personally, do not like this product.

I love this vaccum, this was our upgrade vaccum because we desperately needed a new vaccum and it’s the best vaccum ever.

Had a flea problem that powders and sprays couldn’t solve. Used this every other day for a week and cleared the problem up. Febreeze filter is a nice plus

This is a nice vacuum at this price range. I have only used one other vacuum over the last 13-14 years, but I spent maybe four times as much on that one, so I can’t expect the Bissell to compete. That said, it does a really great job at what is important, picking up dirt. It is lighter and nimbler than our older vacuum. This has some disadvantages like making it easy to tip over when using the hose with tools. I love the swivel steer feature on this model and it really does make it easier to get the carpet/floor clean with less effort. The tank is small, and the “Full” line is low on the tank, so it needs to be emptied often. Pros: • No costly bags. • The swivel steering is great. This vacuum is a pleasure to use in tight spaces. • Nice window so you can see the brush bar. I have to cut my wife’s long hair out of our vacuum brush every few months. I have to periodically flip our other vacuum over to check, this one I can see while it is sitting upright. Cons: • Tips over easily when using the hose with tools. • Small tank with “Full” line 2.5 inches from the bottom so it is even smaller. • There is no way to turn off the rotating brush bar for bare floors. • Carpet height must be set manually with a dial that doesn’t feel solid. • Crevice tool does not seem to store anywhere on the vacuum. The manual for the 2258 model shows it stows inside the extension wand but that doesn’t work well either. • Automatic cord rewind is nice, while it still rewinds. I don’t have confidence it will last the life of the vacuum. I hope I am wrong. • Difficult to access the brush bar to remove tangled hair. Our main vacuum has three ¼ turn fasteners and this one has 6 small screws. They designed this to be removed on the rare occasion you need to change the belt not for regularly cutting out hair that has been tangled around the brush bar.

I was blown away at how well it cleaned up my carpet..the amount of dirt & hair it picked up was reassuring that I was getting the clean I needed.

I really like this vacuum. This is my second Bissell vacuum and I knew that I wanted to purchase the same brand. It's reliable and has a great design.

Cleans my rugs from dog fur really good. I got a beagle and he sheds a lot in my runs, this vaccum is perfect to get the fur stuck in them.

My parents Absolutely love it! They never tried Bissell and always had hoover.

This vacuum was purchased as a gift, so I cannot personally attest to it's quality. However the receiver was appreciative of the Bissell name.

Except for the fact that the box was broken and the top was completely off of the box the vacuum cleaner and all the parts were there and in good shape so I'm happy

I solved the attachment storage issue some people were having by storing the pet hair attachment under the handle. Nothing falls off!

Works like a charm! Picks up all the dog hair and dirt as well. Love that it has the extra hose to clean corners easier.
