I am so happy with this vacuum, I can't say enough good things about it. The assembly is very simple and straight forward. Basically, you put the handle on and use the 2 supplied screws to screw it down. Then attach the accessories, and you're done. This vacuum has so many features, it's hard to know where to start. The vacuum comes with everything you will need, plus some. The included Fabreze filter was a very nice bonus, it leaves your room smelling fresh. If the scent is not for you, Bissell also includes an odorless filter as well. The attachments work very well and have some nice features. For example, the pet turbo eraser extension is like a mini vacuum that attaches to the hose, which does a great job vacuuming stairs, sofas, or chairs. The flexible pet crevice tool adjusts so that it suctions out of the main hole, or the top of nozzle with a simple twist. Then you have your standard accessories, like the brush and extension wand. After assembling the vacuum, I decided to give it a test run. First off I would like to mention, this vacuum is very quite. You barely hear it running if you're in the next room. The vacuum does an amazing job at cleaning, it made my carpet fluffy and soft again. The swivel steering makes it very easy to push around the room, without having to to re position at every turn. The vacuum is also pretty light, a good feature for those who have back problems. Once you're done vacuuming, push the tank release button, hold it over the trash and empty. No vacuum bag needed. Last but certainly not least, the cord, automatically winds itself up at the push of a button, which is very convenient because it avoids tangled cords. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this vacuum. It is by far the best vacuum I've ever used! It does an amazing job cleaning, it is very quite, and with simple storage methods, makes this is a gem. I would absolutely recommend this vacuum to anyone.
