Customers admire the CleanView Swive Rewind Pet Select Upright Vacuum's powerful suction, ease of use, and lightweight design, frequently praising its performance on pet hair and the convenient cord rewind feature. While some users found the noise level to be high, many appreciated the vacuum's overall value and the helpfulness of its attachments. A few customers reported issues with the belt and brush roll, but these concerns were less frequent than positive feedback.

This thing REALLY SUCKS!!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The BISSELL - CleanView Bagless Upright Vacuum - Cobalt Blue/Black/Cha Cha Lime is a powerhouse of a vacuum cleaner. I was amazed at the tremendous suction power produced by its motor. I can see the dirt being sucked into the Dirt Tank in a circling pattern. Only vacuuming a small space picks up a lot of dirt, proving how well the technology of designing the BISSELL - CleanView Bagless Upright Vacuum - Cobalt Blue/Black/Cha Cha Lime is. Emptying the Dirt Tank is as easy as pressing release buttons on the top to release from the vacuum and pressing on the bottom to open the Dirt Tank lid. There is an adjustable height dial for using when vacuuming hard floors and different length carpets. The automatic cord rewind is a nice feature that eliminates the need for me to physically wrap up the vacuum cord with a twisty tie. The swivel function gives great angles to move around furniture and other obstacles within the home. The specialized pet tools have the same powerful suction as the main vacuum base. They pick up all the scattered hair on furniture and shed throughout the home.

Not very good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It did an okay job when I started using it. Then I tried playing with the options. It's got a deal to turn on the back for reduced suction. When you use it it shoots dirt down the back of the vacuum and back onto the floor.

only adequate, not great
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.heavy, cord is too short, too cumbersome to attach wand. but power is great, if not too great. should be a way to reduce power more easily when going over throw rugs, etc.

Vacuums very well - Powerful
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vacuum does a fantastic job on the floor and deep cleans very well. The carpet looks almost new after just one time vacuuming. It is fairly quiet and is easy to use. There are no height adjustments, as the head floats on the carpet. The brush roll is soft and it should be OK for bare floors as well as carpet. The outside hose is handy and is easy to detach to use for the upholstery tools. There is a separate revolving brush that is portable for your furniture. The only thing missing is a brush roll shutoff while using the attachments. Overall, this cleans as well as any vacuum that I have used. The swivel is nice for tight turns as well. Finally, it pulled a considerable amount of dirt out of my carpet after using an expensive brand vacuum. It seems to have done very well picking up pet hair.

Good vacuum for the price
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The vacuum came very well-packaged; it came in the original packaging by BISSELL. Works well, with excellent suction. Cord is shorter than other vacuum cleaner brands, but not too short. Turbo Brush attachment works quite well. The Bissell attachments are easier to use. An expandable hose can be pulled out and the attachments fitted on quickly and easily. The hose it a little tight when you first try to pull it out, but I think it will become easier with use. Very satisfied with the vacuum. Performance wise, hands down 10/10. It does the job better than what I was expecting. We did a test with crushed potato chips and it ate the whole crumb off of the floor. Well this thing picks up all stranded hairs we don't even know existed. The proof is on the roller brush on the bottom. Only issue is that the brushes don't stop turning when you use the hose or when it is in the upright position. Some fine dust and dirt catches in the top area, but it is fairly easy to remove. Overall, I'd reccomend this vac to anyone who has a carpeted floor and who vacuums once or twice a week. I also purchased the febreeze filter to prevent those nasty feet after-smell you tend to get.

Not excited about the swivel
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Other than the swivel part, its ok. Hose should be xtra longer & more flexible. Need crivis tools that are thinner & can fit into furniture & other places. Longer extention.

Terrible for thick carpets
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The vacuum is terrible for thick carpets, but advertised as great. I have two dogs so I thought this would be great for my plush carpets but it’s terrible. I can’t push it back and forth to vacuum it just gets stuck, and tears at my carpet.

A Gentle Giant!!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, this is truly another great product by Bissell! While this vacuum is indeed large in size, it does pack a powerful suctioning punch! I was elated to try and it and discover how thorough it does on both hard woods and carpet. My home has both hardwood and carpet. I was very pleased with its performance on both surfaces. The attachments are beneficial as they were great in reaching difficult spots and crevices. As a pet owner, this vac has proven to be efficient in picking up shed pet hairs. I have a cat that sheds hair all over the place. As such, I have to spot vacuum every other day in order to keep my home tidy and neat. I really cannot say enough about this gentle giant. I have owned several of Bissell’s products and I do recommend them without any hesitation as they’ve never disappointed me in any form or fashion!!!

Excellent for both carpet and hard floors.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vac comes mostly assembled out of the box. Just 2 screws to hold the handle on is all that there is to assembly. It comes with a few different attachments and 2 reusable foam filters. The Febreze scented filter smells great and I'm sure you could spray it with Febreze when the smell eventually wears off. The cord retracts into the body of the vac, which is very handy. This vac picks up very well and has the height adjustment knob right up front. We have a Pomeranian that does shed some hair and this vac does very well picking up pet hair and everything else. It's not overly heavy and the bagless canister is easy to remove and replace after dumping. No real complaints to be had and my wife even likes this Bissell almost as much as her aging $400 Dyson.

Affordable but underpowered.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have reviewed many vacuums over the years and own various types/brands . If anything I have found is you get what you pay for. There are always trade offs and that holds true with the Bissell CleanView Bagless Upright Vacuum. Let’s look at the pros and the cons : Pros - The assembly is easy and fast. The cord is very long , you can easily go room to room without unplugging. The auto rewind for the cord is a great feature. You do not see that on most uprights, even more expensive. Light weight. Long warranty – 4 years. Cons - Weak . The motor is just not powerful enough. Bissell may advertise it for pets but I do not see it. Not HEPA certified. Loud. Bulky and onboard storage is not great. Balance is below average, the units can get pulled over when using the hose with tools. So not a positive review so far. It is obvious that Bissell was trying to hit a price point for this vacuum. The fit and finish and the low power reflect that. In part, I am just used to better quality and more power. But that comes at a price, a much higher price. For most jobs, this will be fine vacuum. I do not see it holding up to high usage but for moderate cleaning on a budget, it is adequate. I imagine you will see this sell in $100 range or less on sale, not bad for those on a budget. However, if you afford to spend 50% more – you will find better vacuums.

Excellent suction and ease of maneuverability
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The retractable cord is a plus as is the length. The suction is off the chart. The ease of cleaning the filters is another strong plus though the additional febreeze filter is a nice addition. The initial febreeze scent might be too strong for sensitive noses...I had no issues with the scent. The ease of maneuvering the vacuum was a pleasure though you do need to apply pressure to move the unit back and forth but not to hard on the typical back. The unit’s overall weight is medium, not too heavy but not too light...some with back issues may have a problem and need to find a lighter unit. Assembly with the manual’s pictographs was a breeze, not sure why other reviews seem to indicate difficultly with assembly or even placement of the accessory tools. A picture is worth a thousand words...under 5-10 minutes and the unit was up and running. What I dislike is that there is no dedicated on/off button for the roller, so using the accessory’s means the roller is constantly running which could be damaging to your carpets, rugs or floors. I can not understand why it is not mandatory to include an on/off switch. I feel so strong, I took off a full star.

Good strong suction
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used alot of vacuums. My kids are not the cleanest on the block. My dog sheds like there is no tomorrow. Vacuums have come and gone. That being said, this vacuum is good. It is quieter than I thought it would be. It vacuums well on one go and it is easy to dump out. I have trouble with this one area of the house where the carpet is different. Vacuums really struggled with this area. The Bissell handled it like a pro. All in all, 10/10 would recommend.
