I have had the vacuum about a month and so far it has performed a great job on my carpet. I do not have any pets so I can not compare that performance. I like the length of the cord and the fact that it is retractable. It is a little heavier that I would have liked, but it is not difficult to push and pull. The price was good for the quality I have seen so far.

I have several pets and I vacuum everyday so I need something that will work and stand up to constant use. This vacuum works awesome on both hard woods and carpet so it completes my needs. Would recommend it to people with major pet hair cleaning requirements. Did a lot of research and this was my answer.

The Bissell vacuum cleaner is easy to use. It cleans good.

The vacuum has good power and cleaning ability. When using the extension and hose the vacuum easily tips over being that the vacuum itself is very light.The problem could be fixed with a longer extension and a not so stiff hose.

Best vacuum cleaner I have ever had.. solid build and easy to use. I live in the southwest with lots of dust, wind and dirt storms and vacuum cleaners are a must.. this machine picks up all the dust, sand , dog hair and everything else we needed to be cleaned up. Highly recommended!

Good vaccum for the floors and for rugs! Especially for a home that has pets.

Great product...light weight...easy to clean and saves space

The vacuum has really good suction the problem is it not that light if you a have lot of stairs it’s cumbersome the hose on it stretches but not enuff the other thing is the on the vacuum itself were you put all the adapters there’s one particular adapter the pet one it doesn’t fit right

Vacuum works really well. I have a cat who sheds and this picks up the hair with little issue. It works well on the rugs I have and does a fair job on the hardwood floors. I was really impressed with the Bissell customer service - a part was missing from the box and they shipped one quickly and without a thousand questions.

Very good vaccum. It does have awesom power for lifting sand and other things embedded deep in carpet that has been there awhile or other vaccums miss. The only thing is it's strong suction and weight makes it a little more harder to push and pull for elderly or disabled people but it is worth it.

My old vacuum finally gave out. This one works great for our household cleaning needs. I love that you can adjust the roller brush based on carpet/rug height! I vacuum 3x per week and it pics up all of our St. Bernard's fur quickly and easily! It's so easy to maneuver, clean and store!

Love this vacuum!! I had an earlier model that lasted me over 4 years. It finally died out on me so I was looking to replace it. I was gifted a Hoover and that thing didn't last more than a few months so I returned it and went with something that I knew I liked. Very easy to put together and easy to maneuver!!
