I've been thrilled with the suction power of this Bissell vacuum (model name)! It tackles pet hair and deep cleans carpets effortlessly. While the small red on/off switch popped off a couple of times, causing temporary inconvenience, it ultimately broke when my son dragged it downstairs. Bissell support didn't offer the part, but I found a similar replacement on eBay, saving me a repair trip. Overall, this vacuum's performance outweighs the minor switch issue. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a powerful and reliable cleaning machine!

To be fair, we bought this vacuum to replace a Dyson that served us very well (two huskies) for many years so our expectations are high but for the price we thought it was worth a try. It has a lot of suction which seems like a bonus but even on the low setting it stuck to our area rug until the belt broke so it's now useless unless we want to deal with repair after only about 90 days. Pretty disappointing but proof that sometime you get what you pay for...

This is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned it’s very lightweight and it picks up great

This is an amazing Vac especially if you have pets. This thing picks everything up like its nothing. All in all a great purchase

The first one I’ve had that really does a great job

I bought this on Best Buy eBay store for $45 which at first I was shocked they put so much detail into the color of the vacuum. The attachments do no stay embedded on the unit well as they wobble and fall off. The basket design to to be emptied easy works well . The brush on the hand needs constant attention, I have had to take it off twice to clean because it got stuck . I also would prefer a longer cord , the suction is great pulls rug off the floor completely. I this would be a great vacuum for carpets but doesn’t fair well on hard wood floors .

Quiet and easy to handle. Pet friendly. Cleans carpet very thoroughly.
